Kirk was a great host, excellent communication. The location is at the end of main street making everything in town walkable. The amenities at the condo were very nice, the kitchen was well stocked perfect for cooking. Many nice little extras, fans, humidifiers, fast WiFi, multiple wireless chargers located throughout the condo. Kirk has done a great job anticipating needs/wants in a vacation home and worked to accommodate those needs.

We really enjoyed this condo! It was very clean, beds were comfortable and had everything we needed. Very close to town and walking distance to everything. We also appreciated the bottle of wine and snacks left for us as well as the coffee. We felt right at home. Very cozy. The hot tub was a huge plus! We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Breckenridge!

Wonderfully spacious unit with hot tub and fireplace. Clean, well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels, bedding and cleaning supplies.Easy walk to town

communication was authentic and well timed from Kirk. 2 parking spots with 1 in a garage. The condo location is great. We walked to dinner each night. Beds were comfortable, hot tub was nice. Very relaxing.

Our host was very welcoming! The condo was well equipped with everything we needed and in fantastic shape! Loved the hot tub! Plenty of comfortable seating to hang out after a long day of skiing.

If you’re planning a trip to Breckenridge, you absolutely need to consider staying here. My friends and I booked this spot for a girls’ trip, and it made the experience even better. The space was spotless, the owner was incredibly attentive, and the beds were unbelievably comfortable. We also spent plenty of time relaxing in the hot tub after long days exploring.One of the best parts was the location! it was so close to downtown that we walked there every day and loved getting to enjoy the charm of Breckenridge on foot. Highly recommend for anyone looking for the perfect mountain getaway

This is a very nice property. In our opinion it is better for a winter vacation than summer. The unit is very comfortable and is stocked very nicely. It is very clean and the TV set up it great. From our point of view the unit appeared in the VRBO pictures to be far more filled with light than in person. We found it very dark and had to open all windows to live well without turning on most all lights. It also doesn't adequately describe the location which is right behind a gas station. The deck/patio area is nice since it has its own spa/hot tub but there is really no view of anything other than the trees between the gas station and the condo. We think this would be a really great unit during the winter but is was a bit dark for our taste. The host was absolutely great in communication and answering all questions in a timely basis.

Welcoming host. He communicated well before the trip to help me prepare as well as during. The location was fantastic and centrally located. The unit was well stocked with the essentials.

Was the perfect property for our stay. Loved that we could walk to town. It had a parking garage which was great. The hot tub was awesome after a long day of hiking. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Great location, very welcoming

Kirk was very welcoming and informative about the property, which was in great condition! Great location to base of Peak 9 as well as the free shuttle to get all around town. Would stay again!

Perfect Stay

Our stay at Kirk’s was above and beyond expectations. We have stayed in many rentals but the accommodations in this chalet were top notch across the board. On top of that, Kirk provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. We would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was perfect for our family of 4. It was extremely clean and well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. Kirk was excellent in communicating with us and we enjoyed the nice bottle of wine he left for us upon our arrival. We will definitely be back!

Excellent Accommodations and Service

We thoroughly enjoyed Summit Chalet! The owners thought of everything to make our stay was comfortable and cozy. The condo is very well appointed. We especially appreciated the humidifiers and private outdoor hot tub on the deck. The owners went above and beyond to assure we had an excellent stay. The restaurant recommendations were excellent. Rootstalk restaurant is a must!

Close to the mountain. Loved the hottub.

We had a wonderful time. The place was very nice. We loved the hottub after skiing. Kirk had many recommendations and he was a great host. We were a couple minute walk to the mountain and the rental place Kirk suggested was wwonderful because we did not have to carry our skis back to the condo.

Summit Chalet Amazing

We just loved this condo. Kirk was a great host and made everything super easy. Private hot tub was wonderful. Short .3 mile walk to the base of Peak 9. Downtown close for shopping and restaurants too. We'll come back for sure!

Skiing paradise

Kirk was incredibly attentive and all amenities were spot on! Hot tub was perfect and got a ton of use by our teenage girls!! Wonderful spot for a easy all access to everything Breckenridge has to off. Close walk to the chairlift and an easy stroll to restaurants and shops right in the heart of Breck! We will be returning to this property for sure.

Exceeded Expectations

Property is well maintained and in a great location to visit anywhere we wanted to go in Breckenridge. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped and the hot tub is a major plus. Kirk's communication and his instructions for the property and surrounding area were outstanding. Highly recommended!

I'm a 2 Million Miler on United and have traveled the world many times over. I know what I want when I arrive at a destination and try to make sure my guests have what they need when they arrive here.
