Comfortable seating provides the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring, while the Smart TV and Bose surround sound system offer entertainment for quieter evenings. The dining area sits beside the window and features an extendable table that comfortably seats up to six guests. Well-equipped for everything from leisurely breakfasts to family dinners, it boasts an Aga alongside an electric oven, induction hob, microwave and dishwasher. Adjoining the kitchen is a practical utility room with a fridge/freezer and washer/dryer, helping to make longer stays effortless. A convenient cloakroom with WC is also located on the ground floor.



Outside, guests can enjoy their own private enclosed garden, situated just across a small track from the cottage. This tranquil outdoor space is ideal for making the most of sunny Devon days, whether dining alfresco around the outdoor table, enjoying a barbecue with family and friends, or gathering around the fire pit as the sun sets over the surrounding countryside.
