Perfectly Located 1-Bedroom Suite across Ayala Mall w/ Pocket WIFI

My place is a brand new, 34-square meter, 1-bedroom unit in Cebu's newest condominium. It is right in the middle of Cebu Business Park, just across the street to Ayala Center Cebu, with Rustan's grocery & department store just a few steps away. Close nearby are business offices, universities, churches, hospitals, shopping malls, restaurants, and night life, and very accessible through public transportation. The lobby boasts of a very stylish, resort feel, with 24/7 reception area and security. The place is easily accessible through jeepneys, taxis, and recognized by Grab and Uber.

The place has an area of 34 square meters, and can accommodate up to 4 people, with 2 guests on the king bed, and 2 on the double floor mattress. The bedroom has an air conditioner, and the living area has a high speed electric fan. The room is provided with mirrors, and a spacious closet with hangers. The bathroom is provided with toilet paper, hand soap, bath gel, and shampoo. The kitchen area is complete with a 4-seater dining table (extra stool provided for 5th guest), a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, dinnerware, and utensils. The living room area has a cozy couch, and huge, flat screen TV. For security and safety purposes, there is a fire extinguisher, sprinkler system, and CCTV cameras in the hallway and common areas. Portable Wifi connection is provided, which guests can bring along when out of the unit (loss or damage will be charged). I also provide bottled mineral water, and some essentials as a welcome complimentary. Parking space is available at a minimal additional charge per day.

The Ayala Center Cebu mall right across the street is open from 10am-9pm on weekdays, and 10am-10pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Restaurants and hang out places are open up to 11pm, and 1am on weekends (at the terraces area). Supermarket opens at 9am. There is an ATM at the building right across the entrance. The neighborhood is safe to walk around even at night since the Cebu Business Park has roving security guards.

Please conserve energy and turn off the TV, A/C and lights when not in the unit. Any unusual surge in the meter reading will be charged accordingly. Please leave the unit as orderly as you checked in, and notify us immediately for any damages or breakage.

I will be asking for a copy of your ID to submit to the concierge for authorization. I guarantee that it will be kept confidential.
