A guest favorite are the beautiful grounds the condo sits upon. Our small and secluded complex features one of the best private pools around! It is spectacular and a perfect place to relax and escape with a cold beverage in hand. There are many chaise lounges available along with 3 shade palapas for those who want to escape the sun a bit.

The condo features a large walk out balcony with a fantastic view of our stunning pool below, the beautiful hillsides of Pedregal and the bay of Cabo San Lucas.

The efficient kitchen has everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal should you choose to do so. It also has brand new counter tops, a new sink and a new garbage disposal.

The dining and living room are tastefully decorated and feature a large sofa with a pull out bed, a comfortable recliner as well as a wi-fi enabled streaming TV along with a Bose bluetooth enabled sound bar. The living area also has a brand new A/C unit installed.

The large master bedroom has a brand new Cal King mattress along with new bedding and features plenty of closet space.

Also available within our unit is a fantastic blow up mattress - perfect for extra guests!

Right off of the bedroom is the newly remodeled bathroom with dual sinks, a large vanity area and a very large brand new walk-in shower that also has a large tiled sitting area.
