Wonderful views and stay

We absolutely loved our stay. The unit was exactly as advertised. Beautiful view of the marina and fireworks on weekends. The only minor challenge was finding an accurate address to get back with Uber. Once we figured out it was no issue. Great place

Anniversary Getaway

The place is well cared for. Beautiful inside with a great view from above in the Pedregal of the town and water below. If you’re an early riser, you can relax as you watch the sunrise. Easy drive to the beach and marina area. Hosts are phenomenal to work with. Would highly recommend.

Great Stay!

This is our second time staying at this condo. The view is spectacular and it's an easy walk to the marina. The condo has everything you need and more, plus it's very quiet at night. The owners are great to work with and you won't be disappointed with your stay.

New Years Getaway

We come down a couple times a month and typically stay in San Jose. This condo had everything we needed. It was immaculate, well furnished, and had a well stocked kitchen (we like to cook). The views of the bay are amazing and we were able to see the fireworks perfectly for New Years Eve. Cascadas is a very quiet complex in El Pedegral, and away from the hustle and bustle of town. You could still hear music at night with door open, but it was very distant. We would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

Condo was extremely well equipped and very clean. The view from the condo did not disappoint which made the NYE fireworks amazing from our patio. The hosts were in communication from start to finish to make sure our stay was memorable which it really was. We would definitely stay at this place again when we return to Cabos!

Perfect Workcation

We stayed for 2 weeks and had to work several days. Great Wi-Fi and beautiful view both day and night. Well equipped with everything needed including cleaning supplies which we appreciated for a 2 week stay. Gym and pools were perfect. We will return next year!

Warm air in winter!

Absolutely stunning home away from home! Beautiful views to the water and over the hillsides. There is everything you would hope for to feel welcome and at ease right away. Pretty and peaceful

We spent 10 days at Pedregal and had a very relaxing, enjoyable stay. The condo was extremely well appointed and laid out, with lovely views of the harbour and city below. It was peaceful and removed from the noise, but close enough to town and the beach that we could easily walk. The property manager, Elihu, was most helpful in getting us set up with groceries in advance of our arrival.

Everything was great! Condo was very comfortable, spacious & pristine, in a fabulous location high on a hill away from town yet close enough to walk. The floor to ceiling sliding glass windows provided spectacular views and fresh air - we never needed air conditioning during our stay. Amazing view and a great condo!

Wonderful condo!

We had a great time at the condo. The place was beautiful. You couldn’t ask for a better equipped kitchen. Lovely opening the wall of glass and sitting on the balcony with those magnificent views, day and night. Great shower, terrific having the washer dryer in the condo. You can see that care was taken in making sure you had what you needed, from paper towels to dryer sheets. Pool and hot tub were so relaxing. We had a marvelous time! Thanks.

An Amazing Stay

We enjoyed every moment of our stay at this beautiful place. Janine and Darrell have created the perfect vacation spot. Their place is well-appointed, the beds are extremely comfortable, the view is spectacular, and the place is beautifully furnished. The owners were great to work with and provided us with excellent suggestions of places to dine and visit. We rented a car but soon realized everything is conveniently located with just a 10-minute walk down the hill. Roberto, the property manager, was welcoming, helpful, and checked in with us daily to see if we needed anything. Perfect Getaway

We rented this lovely 2 bedroom condo and it was absolutely perfect. Ana, the property manager met us upon arrival, gave us a tour and was very helpful and sweet. The condo was extremely well-appointed from the comfortable furnishings to the well-stocked kitchen. The gas cooktop/oven was an added bonus. The two bedrooms (with private baths) were very nice, with great storage and super comfortable beds. The condo location is a 10-15 minute walk to the marina and Starbucks so morning strolls happened daily. The terrace, overlooking the marina, was lovely and provided for beautiful sunrise views. We will certainly stay here again!

A Gem in Cabo: Exceeding Expectations

From the moment we booked our stay at this VRBO rental in Cabo, our experience was nothing short of exceptional. The first pleasant surprise was realizing that the property was even more stunning in person than in the photographs. It's a rare delight to find a place that surpasses its online presentation, but this condo did just that with its breathtaking views and immaculate interior. The staff deserves a special mention for their attentiveness. They were always available to assist with any requests, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their local recommendations for dining and activities also added a unique touch to our vacation. As for the condo itself, it was exquisitely appointed. Every detail, from the plush furnishings to the well-equipped kitchen, was thoughtfully curated to provide a luxurious yet homely atmosphere. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the amenities provided were top-notch, contributing to an overall sense of well-being and relaxation. Our stay was not just enjoyable, but truly memorable. This VRBO rental in Cabo is a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and warm hospitality. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special getaway in Cabo.

Only few minutes to downtown Cabo, but quiet place to relax

We stayed at Janine's condo for four weeks during February and March, 2016. Our arrival was expedited by Brandon and Bibi to include a comprehensive tour of the technology and features of the condo. The condo is beautifully decorated and comfortably appointed with Tempurpedic beds in both bedrooms as well as modern showers and bathroom appointments. We particularly appreciated the laundry facilities which included supplies and the very well equipped kitchen with shiny modern appliances. The condo is well situated, away from the daytime heat of downtown Cabo, but conveniently close to shopping and restaurants. A Catholic Church with English mass is within walking distance as well as a Christian nondenominational congregation. It should be mentioned that a car is useful during your stay as the condo is located at a significant height only walkable by the more physically fit individual. The private beach at Pedregal, while not swimmable, provides a wonderful opportunity for walking, photo-ops and just relaxing. We brought some beach chairs down and enjoyed the magnificent view of waves crashing on the rock formations. The balcony includes comfortable furniture, just right for enjoying the beautiful sunrises and light on mountains at sunset. Next year, we'll return for six weeks as our experience was unforgettable.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient

What a great experience! One of the property managers lined up our private transportation at $25 per person each way, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Israel from The Specialist driving service was on time, very quick with loading/unloading of our bags, and was especially helpful in providing travel tips. Upon arrival Brandon was waiting to take us on a tour of the property and to tell us all about the best attractions and ways to get around. He really seemed to care that we had a good time and stressed that we shouldn't hesitate to contact him if we needed ANYTHING. The condo itself is very clean and comfortable, not to mention very tastefully decorated. It also has everything you could possibly need. TV's in all rooms, stacks and stacks of fresh clean towels, huge bags of toilet paper, laundry room with detergent and fabric softener, fully stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes and utensils. The condo also has four individually controlled AC units that keep that place as cool as you want it. All in all, there wasn't one time where my party and I had to go out and buy something, as everything was provided. One last thing about the condo I wanted to mention is how safe we all felt. The condo is in Pedregal, which is a very nice part of town, and is monitored and watched over by 24/7 security. The guards were very diligent when it came to ensuring they knew exactly who was coming and going through the gates, which made us all feel more comfortable and secure about leaving our belongings inside the condo, as well sleeping at night. Location wise the condo is very close to downtown Cabo, the marina, and Medano beach. Usually we'd walk into town, and that took about 10 minutes. From the condo to Medano, it was more like 20, but with so much to see, it really isn't even a long walk at all. Cabs into Cabo usually ran about $12, and to Medano it was about $15 Excellent place to stay! We all loved it

Beautiful vacation spot

The condo is very well appointed, lovely views and the pool was very nice. Everyone we met was very friendly and helpful. The walk into town is an easy 15 minutes just be prepared for the hike back up. There are a lot of great places to eat in the area. Security was always helpful and had a presence , we felt very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this place.

There is something special about Cabo!
