We had a great time and everything was just as expected. Short walk to the beach and all we needed is nearby. Will consider coming back again.

Thank you. Simone for staying with us! I Inspect the villa on bi-weekly basis and act immediately, whether anything needs to be replaced and repaired. All my guests leave a note in the book of suggestions that is also reviewed and addressed appropriately, I look forward to hosting Metzger family again!

Lovely stay

Wonderful condo just short walk to the beach. Host was super- offered great suggestions on places to check out as a first time visitor.

This guest received all discounts they were asking for, beyond what was programmed in the VRBO system originally, but through the VRBO as an act of good faith. Yet, after thanking me, the next day which was 3-4 days prior to their check-in date, they were asking for a full refund, citing that one of their grandparents has two weeks to live. When I offered them in good faith a partial refund - they simply were not eligible for any refund -they refuse to take it and said that they are coming for the vacation. During their stay they were citing several comments that I promised to check. All communications were conducted through the VRBO messaging system. I arrived on the island after they left and saw that all the comments were not true. I also responded to them very clearly and very respectfully that none of their comments were true. I will not rent the condo to them again.

Family Vacation

The villa is perfectly located near beach, pool, restaurant and plantation attractions. We had a great time exploring the island and spending the days and most nights at the beach.

Our host was great! The location to the beach, and the first floor entry attracted us to rent the villa. The furniture was very nice and comfortable and there is plenty of storage space for clothes, etc. We hope to return!

I personally check its conditions every three - four weeks and always listen to the comments and suggestions coming from our guests to make their stay as enjoyable as possible.

Great stay

Property was perfect for our family. Location was great - enjoyed the short walk to beach and general store. Property was as advertised, host was communicative and friendly. Would stay here again.

Great visit to Hilton Head

Property was perfect for my husband, me, and our dog. Close walk to the beach and general store. Beautiful area and nice community with walking/biking paths. Great location on the Island, easy travel to restaurants and entertainment. Owner, Gene, was pleasant to work with, very accommodating. Would stay there again.

Great condo near beach

Great location in Palmetto Dunes within easy walking distance of the beach. Lots to do nearby. Condo was very clean and well appointed with good WiFi. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this Hilton Head condo!

I personally inspect the villa once every three weeks. Hilton Head Island is my second residence. We respect our customers and listen to their comments. A lot of improvements made to the villa - new mattresses and spring boxes, outdoor furniture on both floors, beach chairs and beach cart, new dog bed, spotless conditions of the villa, decent TV package to suit all ages, pets welcome.

My wife and our two dogs had a wonderful week in Hilton Head. Everything was very clean when we arrived and Gene the owner texted to make sure everything was as we expected which was a nice touch. The house was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and was absolutely wonderful and we spent a lot of time out at the beach. The kitchen had everything you would need and the master bedroom was spacious and the bed was quite comfortable as were the couches in the living room.

Great dog friendly location

Location is perfect for dog owners. Beach is a few minutes away on foot. Dog park in Chaplin Park at Singleton Beach Road is a few minutes drive and is a good place to meet locals. Home is clean and bright. Ocean Cove is a lovely subdivision. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Great experience

Property was as advertised. Our family of 4 and a pup had plenty of room and enjoyed the amenities of the condo. The location of this villa is a huge benefit as it’s a short walk to the beach, the pickleball center and the general store. Gene was a pleasure to communicate with, and you can tell he truly cares about providing his guests with the best experience while at his condo. I highly recommend staying at this villa.

I enjoyed hosting Jonathan and his family. He was easy to communicate with, they left the property as it was requested in the checkout instructions. I will be glad to rent Jonathan my condo again.

Ocean Cove Vacation

Our vacation stayat Ocean Cove was excellent. After securing our reservation, our family was greeted by the owner and he made sure all of our questions were answered. The location was 3 minutes from the beach. The unit housed our four family members with extra room. The bathrooms, kitchen and floors have been updated and look really nice. We had a great stay and hope to reserve it again if it’s open.

We loved The Ocean Cove Villa. The 3 minutes walk to the beach is no exaggeration. If you bring a pet, there is plenty of room to take your little best friend on the best walks. The place was super clean/tidy when we arrived. We had no complaints. There is plenty of cooking utensils for those who do not prefer to eat out every night. The host was super respectful and assisted anytime with whatever we needed. There is plenty of room for people to have their own space. Overall an amazing trip. We will definitely be returning back next year.

Fantastic location

We have been coming to Hilton Head for quite a few years. The first time we came we stayed in the ocean cove club. Over the years we have tried different locations inside Palmetto dunes and we believe that this is by far the best location. Close to the beach, bike rentals, tennis complex and general store. Away from the public beach access and the busy high rise area. The area is fantastic for bike rides and everyone is so friendly. We highly recommend the villa it was super clean and well stocked and will be returning over the next years to come. Thanks Gene for all the communication it made the process seamless.

Thank you very much for your review, Eric! The villa inspected not only by the cleaning crew, but myself personally at least twice a month. We plan on the improvement every year. This year we have replace an air-condition system updated all kitchen utensils and tableware. All good are current and questions are addressed quickly and thoroughly.

A perfect first visit to Hilton Head Island!

This condo provides us with a great combination of good location and a nice setup for two couples or a family. A short, pleasant walk to the beach, a general store and several restaurant. A perfect bicycling location and being in the middle of the island a convenient base for visiting various points of interest. A clean and quiet location.
