You can hike, swim, fish (catch and release), or kayak on a private lake on the property. The lake was formed by damming up a spring fed creek, therefore the water is cool year round. There are 2 fire pits and a barbeque pit on the property for your enjoyment. Get away from it all, with the option of staying connected through fiber internet. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a fully functional kitchen. Madrone Hills Ranch is 4 miles from Lost Maples State Park, about 16 miles away from the Frio River in Leakey, and about a 35 minute drive from Garner State Park.
