Spacious Lake House with Dock and Private Beach

Nestled on the sandy shores of Lake Weir, this modernly furnished lake home is a perfect destination for those seeking a retreat from the stress and bustle of the city. With private dock access to Lake Weir, guests can bring their canoes or kayaks for a scenic paddle or enjoy a cool dip in the water. The home features plenty of space for indoor activities in the game room, complete with a pool table and dual TVs for watching the big game. Perfect for intimate gatherings or large groups.

Our fully furnished kitchen over looks the living room and dining room making entertaining a breeze. The house has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and ensuite bathroom. As for the two guest rooms, one is furnished with two single beds and the other is furnished with a queen bed. The house has in unit washer and dryer that guests are free to use.

Guests have full access to the grounds including the private dock in the backyard.

This house is fantastic! Great location, very nice, clean, comfortable and wonderful private sandy beach on beautiful Lake Weir. Perfect to bring your own boat or jet skis. Owners are super responsive and we appreciate the opportunity to have been able to spend 6 spring breaks here.

We have stayed here 3 years in a row for spring break. Fabulous home and location. Very spacious, super clean, quiet area and great to have own private large sandy beach and swim area. Highly recommend for those that want to get away from the typical crowded coast, yet only a short drive to the coast for a visit.

One of the few times that we've rented and the house/property exceeded the expectations based off the listing! We had such a great time here. We didn't have any issues, but when we had simple questions, the host responded instantly. 10/10 will definitely book again.

If you want to stay away from the crowds and enjoy a relaxing time on beautiful Lake Weir this is definitely the house you want to stay at. Very spacious, super clean, fully stocked, game room, private sandy beach plenty big for volleyball net and nice area to swim, boat and jetski. Owners are quick to respond if there are any questions and we will absolutely be back.

The house had everything we needed for a wonderful, relaxing trip. Frances was very responsive. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking in. Loved the sound system, and having coffee by the lake. Just lovely!

Great communication by the owners. The house is always super clean, fully stocked and had comfortable beds/furniture. Private sandy beach with nice swim area. Quiet surroundings and away from the crowded tourist areas. This was our 5th year staying here. Enough said.

Beautiful home

We absolutely loved staying at this property. It was so well equipped and had all the small touches that makes such a big difference when you rent a home from VRBO. Frances was so easy to communicate with and very accessible at all times! We had our 3 kids with us and they loved the house and the game room and the beach!! I can't say enough about how comfortable the beds were. True heaven. Everything was beautifully appointed and the views were gorgeous. We will definitely be back if we are in the area again!!

Vacationing with Ma barker

Google Ma Barker. she met her rather sudden demise just down the road from this beautiful property. Lakefront, towering Live oaks and the lovely house to enjoy the lake community atmosphere. short trips to the Villages ( 30 minutes ) to visit with hyper-active friends and journey north 30 mins to Silver springs. Worth the visit. Will rent this home again.

We like the house, beach and water access so much we have stayed here 2 years in a row! House is super clean, spacious, comfy and a kitchen with everything you need. We bring our stand up jet skis and boat and play all day on the lake. Great gathering location for our friends who were staying at another property on the lake to come and play. We also bring our volleyball net and the sandy beach is plenty big for it. Look forward to visiting again next year!

Views for days!

This location was beyond amazing. The house is very spacious and beautifully decorated. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The house is on about one acre of land so thereā€™s room to explore. My 2 year old son enjoyed all the threes and outdoor space to run free. Sitting in the backyard, with the view of the lake was beyond relaxing. The host, Frances, was very nice and accommodating; she replied quickly to any question I had. This was by far my best VRBO rental experience.

Beautiful property

Beautiful property inside and out. The only downfall was that we came to fish and I'm not sure there's a fish in that lake because we fished every day. Caught a crappy and a bluegill within the 1st 15 minutes of fishing on the 1st day and then not another bite all week. We did have a good time anyway!

Great place

This house was very clean and had plenty of room to spread out. We loved sitting on the screened-in porches that face the lake. It's not super close to shopping and very many restaurants but that made it even more peaceful and relaxing for our getaway.
