Oasis in the City. Morningside/VaHi. Great in town location.

NO PARTIES / NO SMOKING INSIDE OR OUTSIDE. No firearms. Furnished three bedroom/three bathroom house with built-in outdoor pool. Located in the Morningside neighborhood of Atlanta. Quick walk to Virginia Highland, Amsterdam and Morningside shops. Down the street from Piedmont and Orme parks and the Atlanta Beltline. Also close to Emory University, The Centers for Disease Control, Midtown Atlanta, Georgia Tech University and ten minutes from Downtown Atlanta.

This is a quiet street in a quiet neighborhood; not appropriate for parties or loud events/comings and goings between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am. Happy neighbors = happy stay :). Also, no glass out back; we provide plastic ware..

The space
Morningside/Inman/Grady Schools. All utilities are included (including WiFi and Cable TV).

Interaction with guests
Whenever they need something - we reply within the hour

Other things to note
One of the best Intown neighborhoods in Atlanta.

The large bedroom
is on main with a large bath and king bed. Another full bath is on the main level. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with a full bath in between. One room has a queen bed and the other has a full bed. There is a small office off the large bedroom. Outdoor Security cameras on premises.

This place is lovely, the location was perfect, and the hosts were incredibly responsive!

We really enjoyed our stay. Despite being in the 'center' of so much of Atlanta, the street was incredibly quiet and the place itself was awesome.

Great Stay

Awesome location, great pool, clean house - what more could you ask for. The host was also incredibly responsive, friendly and great to work with. Would most certainly stay again.

Enjoyed our stay

This property was sell maintained and very comfortable for my family and me. The beds were comfortable and we had a great time with the pool in the backyard, which includes a diving board.

In-town Pool

Great in-town location with a pool that has a diving board. Hosts were great and attentive! Pictures very accurate. Just a great place to stay and relax!

Second Stay, Still Great

Love this house. It was spotless, comfortable, easy to anywhere, and Liz, the owner, is always quick to help. She recommended Southern Belle, it was tasty.

Home away from home in GA

Loved our stay at this property..the house was clean, the pool was amazing and the neighborhood was beautiful. Coffeeshop is a 5 minute walk and we had a wonderful time. Thank you Liz!

Great Place To Get Away

This place is wonderful. There's plenty of space for everyone that is laid out so well. The neighborhood is picturesque. It's quiet and the people are very friendly. The hosts were fantastic and super helpful. Would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in Atlanta again.

charming neighborhood, responsive hosts

Perfect location! Walk to Piedmont park and the Atlanta Botanical Garden and Va Highlands and Morningside shops, restaurants and breweries. Hosts are very responsive.

Nice house/awesome location

I was in Atlanta to celebrate my granddaughter's 2nd birthday. Liz and Gary were tremendous hosts. House was super clean and well appointed. I would definitely book house again.

This property is absolutely gorgeous and perfect for families looking to stay in a safe, quiet neighborhood in Atlanta. It is close to downtown and convenient to everything Atlanta has to offer. The photos online don’t do it justice. It is even better in person. Perfect layout for families and plenty of room. The pool and outdoor space are simply gorgeous. The hosts, Liz and Gary have thought of everything you need. They communicated with us throughout our stay and truly cared about our experience. We would definitely stay again if we return to Atlanta.

Wedding in Piedmont Park

The location and neighborhood were perfect. We were close to Piedmont Park, dining and everything we needed. The third bedroom was a bit tight for two adults but other than that everything was as indicated in the listing and just the right location.

Wonderful location and home

We were in the area to visit our son. Truly enjoyed this home. The beds were very comfortably and we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. The neighborhood was very safe and we loved the coffee shops nearby. The proximity to Piedmont Park and midtown are a plus and we loved walking there. The hosts were very easily available should we have needed them. Would definitely stay there again!

Fun House - Great Location

Fun house in a great location. Easy walk to Virginia Highland restaurants and shopping, the belt line and Piedmont Park. We loved the pool, and the layout of the house worked well for our family. Clean with everything we need. We appreciated the Mosquito Joe service too.

Neat, clean and comfortable. Easy access to downtown and midtown

In town 3 days for business. This rental is a $10 Uber to just about anywhere in the city. Liz was awesome when ask for recommendations for restaurants and bars. The taco place down the street has a great little bar and a pretty tasty taco.

LOVED IT!

This property was amazing! Liz and Gary were excellent host. They were very responsive every time I reached out for any questions we had. The Pool was definitely the highlight! This home was so convenient to everything. I would highly recommend this property!

Fantastic!

This was perfect for our family of 5. The kids loved the pool! We enjoyed the location with great restaurants and Piedmont Park within easy walking distance and several of the blue relay bike stations about 3/4 mile away. Great location in terms of the local neighborhood and opportunity to explore Atlanta on foot or by bike! We would definitely stay here again when we return to Atlanta. Thanks to Liz who is a great host.

easy to recommend

Property is a great location near Piedmont Park, restaurants, belt line. Clean and spacious and comfortable. Room to stretch out - perhaps could use a bit of love as to landscaping infrastructure in back yard, but a great place to be. Kitchen pans/cutlery/glassware all good to go. Back porch has a great indoor outdoor vibe.

Wonderful house right in downtown Atlanta

This was a beautiful home that was right downtown Atlanta and was very convenient to everything. The house was clean and it was stocked well with everything you might need. Having a pool with the house was just an added bonus that made our stay even better. Liz is a great host who is very easy to communicate with and will make sure you have everything you need. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to rent and when we head back to Atlanta we'll be sure to stay here again.

Extremely happy about this first stay

I chose her house because of the great reviews and it was a great choice. The house is indeed beautiful, also in a very nice area. It is exactly what is listed. My greatest joy was the host. I bought the pool and the location and was lucky there was a nice house attached - ;) - I barely even looked at the house, just wanted the pool.
