This impressive home is the ideal space to have some rest and relaxation with friends and family. Perfect for hosting a sporting event watching party or a holiday get together! With a quick 3 minute walk to Sheridan beach, you'll never want to leave!

This home includes 4 queen beds, 3 full size beds, 6 twin beds. Maximum of 20 guests allowed (including children). NO EXCEPTIONS.

All bedrooms are located on the main and upper levels, there are no basement bedrooms. Main floor has 5 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Upstairs has 4 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Additional 2 bathrooms in the basement.

Separate hangout area in basement includes second living space with couches, TV and card table. Also ping pong table, pin ball machine and toy nook-perfect for kids!

Screened in porch, patio furniture, and gas grill for outdoor barbecues! Washer and dryer available for guest use, as well as parking that accommodates 4 cars. For an added sense of assurance, the exterior of the home is equipped with 2 security cameras - one facing the parking area and one facing the back area of the property.

Pool will be open from Memorial Day to Labor Day - weather depending. While we leave the pool open as long as we can into September/October, there is no guarantee that the pool will be open outside of these dates.

Early check-in / late check in is not available during the summer months (June-August). We understand everyone is excited to start vacation early, but we do need the entire day to clean and prep the home for your arrival! Thank you for understanding!

Option to have pool heated for $35/day. Early check-in / late check out fee is $150 when available.
