Massive Beachwalk Resort Home with Lake Views

Hi Taylor, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we are truly sorry to hear that your experience with the home did not meet your expectations. We deeply value the effort you put into planning a retreat for your loyal donors, and it’s disappointing to hear that the condition of the house fell short of the standard you anticipated. We sincerely apologize for any issues with the home’s cleanliness, maintenance, and overall condition. A house that smells upon arrival, has visible wear and tear, or has broken fixtures is not the experience we want for any of our guests. We understand how these factors can detract from your stay, especially during such an important retreat. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the location and amenities, and we truly appreciate your feedback about the house itself. It’s clear there are areas that need immediate attention. We’ll be conducting a thorough review of the property, including the doorknobs, outdoor furnishings, and any other maintenance issues, to ensure these concerns are addressed for future guests. Your feedback is incredibly important to us, and we will be reaching out to the owner to discuss upgrades and repairs to bring the house up to the standard expected at this price point. Thank you again for your honest review, and we hope you’ll consider giving us another chance to provide you with the quality experience you deserve. If there’s anything else we can do to address your concerns or make amends, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Thank you! Beachwalk Vacation Rentals
