The Old Town House is a spacious top quality holiday accommodation with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms,1 toilet, kitchen, dining room, living room, where comfortably sleeps up to 10 people in 3 doble beds and 4 single beds.
Thinking on our guests comfort and commodity the house was equipped with air-conditioning and double-glazed windows
The house was tastefully decorated with lovely unique details, finished and furnished to an extremely high standard, well equipped with everything our guests may need, starting from a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, oven, hob, blender, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, iron, iron board, pans, chopping boards, etc, (It is as well, exceptionally well equipped with crockery/ cutlery for luxury eating/drinking in and around the terrace/pool area), and a flat screen digital satellite TV, radio, DVD player, free Internet wi-fi, safe and air conditioning.

This outstanding house has 4 very confortable bedrooms with beds for 10 persons, all with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, first quality mattresses and beautifully decorated.

The Roof Terrace (with view over Albufeira City Center - ´´The Old Town`` it is fantastic, with a great sun exposure (has sun from the sunrise till the sunset) and provides your own private pool with plenty sun loungers. A brick built barbecue and terrace furniture is supplied to enjoy true ‘Alfresco’ dining.
In the terrace you can spend hours relaxing by the pool, reading a book, swimming, sunbathing or enjoying al fresco dining at the BBQ area.

A few meters from the beach and main square providing great night-life, popular restaurants and bars. In one word everything within easy walking distance.
This house is truly in the Old Town, so in the charm and character Old Town narrow winding and cobbled streets, with white washed churches and quaint fisherman's cottages. It is ideally placed to enjoy the town all year round.
Many apartments claim to be 'in' or 'near' the old town but are not, so, do check their location on the map!
Car is not necessary, you do not have to worry about additional taxi cost

ABOUT THE AREA:
The Old Town House is situated in the heart of Albufeira City Center ´´ The Old Town ``at a short walk from the beach (200 meters) and from the main square (150 meters).
The key attraction of the Old Town is the main square and the fishermen’s square, which is where you will find loads of shops, cafés, pubs, entertainement and restaurants. In the evenings, the squares come alive, theres always something going on: live entertainment, music and partygoers, the atmosphere it is vibrant. Away from the main square there are many hidden gems in the winding narrow cobbled streets, awash with cafes, restaurants, market stalls and little shops selling local crafts and gifts. The all area is nice, cleane and extremely safe.
The Old Town is a cosmopolitan place marked by white houses in the historical town centre, where the blue ocean combines with the blue sky, and where the sun shines over three hundred days a year.

ABOUT THE OLD TOWN HOUSE HISTORY:
The Old Town House has just been placed for holiday rental and you couldn't ask for a lovelier holiday home in such a great location in the heart of Albufeira Old Town.
This house brings me great memories because it was the place where me and my family use to have our Summer Holidays. Last year the house was completely renovated and refurbished.
The conversion of my family home into a stunning holiday accommodation it is a dream come true. The outcome is a beautiful building, tastefully decorated, finished and furnished to an extremely high standard. It required a hard work and a big investment but all our goals have been achieved.

Please remember that at check-in it is due a breakage deposit of 400.00 euros (or pounds if you prefer) in cash, which will be refunded at check-out in cash as well, as long as there has been no breakages or damages to the house and its contents

At the check-in is due as well the Turistic Tax:
-The payment of the tourist tax in the municipality of Albufeira is mandatory according to regulation n.° 488/2024.
The Tourist Tax applies to people over the age of 12, and it is 2.00€ per person per day until a maximum stay of 7 days .
The Tourist Tax must be paid to the Municipality of Albufeira during the months of April to October, inclusive.
At the check-in you need to pay (in cash) this tax.
