Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

DETAILS: Conveniently located next to Cerulean Park, this newly remodeled condominium is just a two minute walk to restaurants, a five minute walk to Watercolor Beach Club, the Beach, and the Boathouse Pool on Western Lake, where you can rent canoes, paddle boards, etc. An easy 10 minute walk to Seaside means no need to drive to dinner or look for parking.

With windows on three sides, sunlight fills every room. The second-floor living area includes an open family room, kitchen, and dining area with table seating for six and three more at the bar. A bonus room with twin bunk beds and an over-sized half bath are nearby. The family room has all new furnishings, including two sofas and a 75'' smart tv. Step out of the family room onto the balcony with lovely views of the park. There is also a charming balcony for two to escape with a cup of morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

The first floor Primary Bedroom offers a king bed, private bathroom with double vanity and walk in shower. Enjoy a lazy evening in the adjacent screened porch with a sofa and swing for two. Down the hall from the master is a cozy bonus twin over twin bunk room. The Guest Bedroom has a queen bed with Smart TV, as well as a private bathroom with tub and shower.

Bike to community pools or explore nearby Grayton Beach State Park on two included adult bikes. After a day at the beach, Cerulean Park is a great place to toss a ball around in the sun, or simply sit and relax by the gardens and water features. From here you can venture out onto one of the many scenic, nature trails that wind throughout the neighborhood with stunning views of Western Lake.
