EXQUISITE WATERCOLOR CARRIAGE HOUSE! SLEEPS 2-4-COME TO THE BEACH & ENJOY 30A!!

This Luxurious Carriage House, 'Goin' Coastal' in WaterColor at 142 Pond Cypress Way in Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459 is the perfect vacation rental. It is separate from the large private home and its spacious studio-like one big room with 15-foot ceilings and gorgeous hardwood floors fits the needs of friends on a get-a-way, a couple on a romantic weekend or a small family with room for a couple of kids. In addition to the plush king bed there is also a queen convertible sofa bed and plenty of room for cribs or extra luggage! Keep in mind that this is one big room so the sleeper sofa is in the same room as the king bed ;)

The large comfy sofa is the perfect place to watch sporting events or movies in front of the large flat screen TV. The kitchen is ideal for quick meals and has a full-sized fridge, sink and microwave. There is no stove, oven or washer/dryer as we assume you will be enjoying one of the many restaurants in the area and not cooking or doing laundry while on vacation! The full bathroom includes a shower, tub and large sink area with room to spread out as you get ready to go out to a nice dinner or a walk on our pristine white beaches to view our incredible sunsets.

The cozy carriage house is on a quiet corner in Phase II and overlooks a beautiful pond. We are steps away from one of WaterColor's nine gorgeous pools. Guests will get up to four amenity bands and that is the maximum we are allowed to have via our HOA rules ;)

WaterColor was voted the #1 Family Resort by Travel and Leisure and is the perfect place to enjoy the perfect beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. We have just completed the new Camp Watercolor with two pools, slides and a lazy river as well as the Watercolor Beach Club with three pools and three restaurants. There is nothing like this on the coast. Numerous activities are available such as biking, kayaking, surfing, tennis, golf, hiking and incredible restaurants for the family as well as just adults. Having come to 30A for 15 plus years with four kids ourselves WaterColor has great access to wonderful responsible babysitters that will treat your kids as their own. The southern hospitality is like no other and you will find yourselves coming back year after year like we did before we made this our home. Come and enjoy the vacation you deserve and remember... a day at the beach is worth a million in town!

Everything about our stay was just perfect. We are already planning our return trip. Beth made us feel right at home and the trip couldn’t have been more enjoyable.The amenities were extraordinary and the location was absolutely amazing!
The trolly took us right to the Beach Club where we spent most every day. Plus wonderful shopping and restaurants were all easily accessible.

The carriage house is very nice and close to everything in Water Color Resort. Beth was an amazing host giving us lots of ideas to do things with our kids and place to eat. We recommend renting a golf cart as its fun to zip around the neighborhood with them. The trolly at Water Color is also great as well. We will be back!

The Carriage House was beautifully appointed, well provisioned and the perfect size for the two of us although it can sleep two more. There were plenty of supplies and our host Beth was a very kind and welcoming person. We will definitely come back to this property.

Before I even got to the house, I felt very welcomed by Beth (host). The place was very amazing. There were plenty of amenity and everything I needed for the stay. Beth kept checking on me throughout my stay to make sure I got everything I need. The neighbor, the beach, the pools, the parks, the shops, everything was very scenic and amazing! Beth also offered to checking in way early and to check out wayyy late. More than all, Beth’s kindness made our stay double enjoyable. Very worth every penny spent!

Everything was perfect. It felt like home…VERY clean and comfortable. The location was convenient to absolutely everything and the neighborhood was SO quiet. Watercolor is my favorite town on 30A, having access to 9 pools is a huge plus. We spent our time at the pool by the beach…the sunsets are amazing! I really appreciated the open communication with Beth, she reached out once I booked with lots of helpful information and she welcomed questions and made me feel like family staying there. I will definitely be back!

We had the most amazing stay in this WaterColor carriage house — truly one of our favorite family trips we’ve taken. The home was perfect for us and made our time together feel so easy, comfortable, and special.Beth was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. She was so attentive in helping me book and went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our trip was taken care of. It made such a difference knowing we had someone so thoughtful and responsive looking out for us.We’re leaving with full hearts and the best memories, and we are already talking about coming back. Molly and Scott were absolutely amazing! Our railing pulled away from our main home to the carriage house and came down after 25 years while they were staying with us and they actually went above and beyond to fix it brand more than new!! Who does that!? They did!!! Best guests ever! And Happy 40th to these two!

Property was fabulous and the host was fantastic! Trolley will take you anywhere around Watercolor. Beach was great. We didn’t take advantage of all the pools we could use, as this was a short stay. Next time for sure! We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay, hosts and location

Spring Break stay with our teenage daughters. Perfect location for the pools and to ride bikes or walk to the beach. Hands down Beth and Randy were the most accommodating hosts we’ve ever come across with several VRBO rental experiences. This place is a favorite!

Excellent accommodations and hosts.

Beth and Randy were great hosts who have a lovely cottage house that was perfect for our stay. It's within walking distance of many great restaurants and the beach. Couldn't ask for anything more for our stay!

Great Seaside rental

We have repeat guests year after year and think it's an exquisite carriage house that is perfect for your get-a-way.
