Welcome to the newly renovated "My Beau Soleil" Luxury Townhome located on Cerulean Park nestled in between the WaterColor Resort Beach Club and Lakeside Pool. The townhome is only a one minute walk to the Wine Bar and Clock Tower but far enough away from the noise of 30A to spend quiet moments on the porches, including one screened, on the beautiful gardens of Cerulean Park. Sleeps 6 (5 adults max though). Flexible rentals in off-season. Beautiful new updates throughout.

Walk or ride a bike to anything you need for your vacation - beach, pools, restaurants, shops, water activities, WaterColor Inn, tennis, nature trails and much, much more. The location could not be better to welcome you to all that WaterColor and 30A have to offer.

Camp WaterColor triples the size of family fun with three pools including a child's pool with zero entry and a lazy river to accommodate all families and ages. Camp WaterColor features a restaurant and Cabana bar.

The Beach Club has finished its expansion which also triples the current pool area and adds two new resort-style pools, one of which is adult only. The Beach Club is one of the only properties on 30A situated right on the Gulf of Mexico. There are also new indoor/outdoor dining options and chair side service.

Speaking of the beach, WaterColor has one of the most beautiful expanses of beach on 30A. To the west is the unspoiled and undeveloped area of Grayton Beach State Park. To the east is the iconic town of Seaside.

Just to the North of the townhouse are the lakeside pool situated on Western Lake and the frog pool. Also a few steps from the lakeside pool is the Boat House on the inland lake with paddle board and kayak rentals. The rental comes with 2 adult bikes with signed Waiver and additional bikes can be rented at the bike barn at the lakeside pool.

As for the home itself, the first floor main bedroom has a king bed with new linens. The master bath has a double sink vanity with a large shower and walk-in closet. The bedroom also includes a Smart TV. The screened in porch is off the master with a twin size daybed for relaxing naps.

The first floor guest bedroom is also an en suite with a queen bed, Smart TV and bathtub for the kiddos.

The fully enclosed bunk nook (3rd sleeping space/room) in the first floor hall houses custom twin bunk beds which will provide a private place for the kiddos. While still sleeping 6, the home will be more more conducive to families with kids as well as for a couples getaway! Please note that the upper bunk is not suited to sleep adults, and the bunknook, while enclosed, is not soundproof.

With reverse living, the upstairs living room, dining and kitchen offer access to the upper level porch with relaxing views of Cerulean Park. At Christmas, you get a front row seat to view the WaterColor Christmas Tree and lights. The living room has plenty of comfy seating in front of your Smart TV with Netflix included. Free WIFI is also included throughout WaterColor and the house. The kitchen is fully stocked, complete with a Keurig, and the home offers updated appliances, kitchen supplies and a new full sized washer/dryer - a great luxury for a condo. There is also a 1/2 bath upstairs. You will want for nothing! It is truly an amazing place.

There are 2 dedicated parking spots to the rear of the unit and plenty of street side parking alongside WaterColor Boulevard and Cerulean Park. *Please note that due to a recent policy change by the WaterColor HOA, rentals of golf carts, i.e. LSV's, are not allowed in Town Center.

Access to all WaterColor pools and the beach is included in your stay. Concierge service is available at an additional charge through my concierge service. WaterColor also offers a Tennis Center with tennis and pickle ball for a fee.

Note: Spring Break is preferably a weekly rental (Sunday to Sunday). Priority will also be given to full weeks in the summer. I can be flexible for the remainder of the year. General policy is a 2 night minimum. Thank you for understanding the rental policy. If you have any specific questions about dates, please send an inquiry first. I will do my best to accommodate your schedule. Cleaning fee of $300 is due at final payment. There is no separate management fee for your stay as I manage the property. I try to be understanding of families' needs for their vacation. Only those fees associated with using VRBO are additional.
