This spacious 3-story family home has three designer bedrooms which have been thoughtfully curated to be calm, relaxing spaces. All three bedrooms have been elegantly furnished and have ensuite bathrooms and plenty of storage space, so they’re both practical and stylish. There’s room to spare, even for a large group of friends or business travelers.

The primary bedroom is on the third floor and has a Scandinavian vibe and surpasses a typical hotel room in terms of comfort and style! A king-sized bed sits majestically in the center of the room, with an impressive wood headboard. Matching drawers and bedside tables complete the look. Opposite the bed is a large flat-screen TV, so you can stretch out and enjoy your favorite TV shows from the comfort of your room. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, and two walk-in closets offer plenty of space to unpack your belongings.

The second bedroom on the upper level has a comfy queen-sized bed and an unobstructed view of the Pearl Brewery. The third bedroom is on the first floor and can be accessed without using the stairs, making this a great option for members of your party who may find stairs tricky. An inviting queen-sized bed rests in the center of the room, and you’ll have easy access to the wraparound deck – perfect for stepping outside in the morning to enjoy the sunrise in complete solitude!

You’ll find additional sleeping space on the sofas in the living room, both of which pull out into comfortable queen-sized beds.

Don’t forget to bring a tasty beverage to sip on when you head out to enjoy the fresh air!

The full kitchen has been stocked with everything a home chef needs to dish up mouth-watering meals! Custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and quartz counters make this a delightful place to cook or hang out! Pull up one of four bar stools to the beautiful kitchen island to enjoy a cocktail night, a fresh cup of coffee, or a quick bite.

The formal dining area contains a large supper table with enough room for six guests to sit comfortably. Positioned next to the window and illuminated by charming pendant lights that cast a warm glow, this is a lovely room for entertaining and making holiday memories.

As guests, you will have full access to the entire house and enjoy the prime location with easy access to Downtown and its abundance of eateries, bars, shopping, the Pearl Brewery, and San Antonio’s most famous sights. This huge 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home is the ideal setup for large families or groups of friends traveling together - ask us about our adjoining property for larger groups.

Other things to note

There is no parking in the driveway. It is a shared driveway so please do not block our neighbors in.

There are three thermostats, one on each floor. Please keep that in mind when turning down AC.

Pets must be approved and pay the $50 pet fee. Additional charges may apply if rules are not followed.
