Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

DETAILS: "Crystal Sands" at 128 Needlerush is a recently updated 5-bedroom / 4.5-bath home nestled in the serenity of the Lake District. This home is the ideal get-away - located steps from the Sand Hill (Froggy) Pool and the Western Lake Pedestrian Bridge with its quick access to the Watercolor Beach Club and the sparkling water and crystal sands of the Gulf. 128 Needlerush is 3,274 square feet featuring four king bedrooms - three of which have private ensuite bathrooms. The home's layout and appointments make it the perfect retreat for 2-3 families vacationing together or a multi-generational reunion. A golf-cart with seating for 6 facilitates outings to Seaside or shopping for all your guests.

The first floor includes a large, open, and luxuriously appointed living area that unites the kitchen and dining area with a gracious front porch. The living area includes plenty of seating for movie nights and a large dining table that seats ten plus additional seating for four at the kitchen island. The upscale kitchen includes a Wolf range and plenty of space for families to prepare meals together. The primary suite with king bed is also on the first floor and has a luxurious marble bathroom complete with multi-jet shower. Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, Low-Speed Vehicle rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 60 vehicles throughout the community at any given time.
