New modern wine country vacation getaway on 10 beautiful acres surrounded by views of mountains, farms and vineyards. 4 bedrooms (media room can sleep 2), 3 full baths.

A perfect place for life's special occasions like marriage proposals, wedding anniversary, 40 yr | 50 yr Birthdays, Iron Man Competitions; or any of the many Sonoma Wine Festivals like WINE ROADS 42nd annual Barrel Tasting in March.

The home has a large great room with open floor-plan, includes kitchen, dining room and living room. Large stacking slider doors in the great room form a wall of glass that retract to create a 24 foot opening to the patio and pool for indoor-outdoor living. Master Bedroom with king bed and luxurious master bath. 2 additional bedrooms with queen beds. Media room with fold-down bed that can sleep 2. Private and remote feeling, yet just 10 minutes away from shops and restaurants of Healdsburg and Santa Rosa. Sorry, NO PETS allowed.

We stayed in this gorgeous home and absolutely loved it. Beautiful outdoor area and pool. The house was well stocked and beds very comfortable. Owners were very helpful and thoughtful about guests' needs.

Lovely private home for a special celebration

Our family gathered here to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The private setting is ideal and the layout of the home is perfect for three couples and two children. We all enjoyed the pool and the idyllic views. We prepared some meals in the well equipped kitchen and were all able to gather around both the outdoor table and the dining table inside. A memorable trip!

Paradise in Wine Country

Beautiful home in an amazingly quiet and secluded setting. Surrounded by vineyards and foothills, the property sits up on a knoll with views from the incredible pool and yard area. The great room / dining room and gourmet kitchen are just off the pool area making for a convenient mix of sunbathing and eating / drinking. We were a party of 5 and utilized all the bedrooms / den for sleeping - we felt very comfortable and everyone had their own space. Definitely will be back!

Retreat I’m the vineyards

This relaxing property is set amidst the vines just 10 mins south of healdsburg . Modern and chic it is a lovely place to stay. We cooked in and spent lots of time around the pool. Arturo is very attentive and a great host!

Heavenly Sonoma

This home is even nicer and more secluded than the pictures depict. Set on a gentle elevation the home is surrounded by vineyards, stands of madrona and Oaks trees and views of the mountains in the distance. The dairy cows roaming on the farm next door only add to the pastoral setting. Arturo was helpful and accommodating. Will be back again!

Beautiful spot

This house was a beautiful getaway right in the. middle of vineyards. The host was very responsive and gave us a good orientation plus suggestions for restaurants, grocery store etc. It was easy to hang out there and have nice family dinner or to drive. 10 - 15 minutes to Healdsburg and the wineries. There were three couples, all family and it worked very well. We would go there again for sure.

Wonderful Wine Country Home

This was a beautiful home in a stunning and peaceful setting in Sonoma. The location is perfect if you are looking for a quiet area with wonderful vineyard views. The quality of the house, the patio and pool area, and the finish out throughout the home are top notch, even more so than depicted in the pictures. The owner was a delight to work with and was very responsive to questions before our trip and was very available while we were at the home if any issues came up, which they did not. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to make some outstanding meals during our stay. There are many wineries in Sonoma County close to the home, but if you are not familiar with the wine country lay out, this home is about 45 minutes from the North end of Napa County. We hired a driver, and it was no problem at all, but be aware of the travel time to Napa wineries. I can't recommend this property highly enough.

Beautiful house, easy access to Healdsburg

The house is beautiful and Arturo was great about providing us with all the information we needed to use the many amenities. Great location for spending time in Healdsburg or even Sonoma. Fully equipped kitchen- we were able to cook a Thanksgiving meal there easily. Open floor plan and indoor/outdoor living made it easy for everyone do their own thing. Highly recommend.

This house is just about perfect!

We spent four days/three nights in Sonoma. Three couples. The house was perfect in all respects. New and modern. Great kitchen. Heated pool. Three wonderful bedrooms, all spread out around the house for added privacy. The owner was very helpful and easy to deal with. The location is ideal for visits to wine country. We have stayed in many VRBOs, all of which have been nice, but this is right there at the top of the list.

perfect place for a getaway!

spent all day everyday by the pool. really great indoor and outdoor spaces. super private, very calming. the host was wonderful and made everything so easy. loved seeing (and hearing) the wildlife! loved that it was so close to downtown windsor - but felt so far away. would love to visit again!

Beautiful Location near Healdsburg

Beautiful house in an incredible quiet setting. Easy access to Sonoma airport and Sonoma valley wineries. Still not too bad of a drive to most Napa wineries and restaurants as well. Arturo, the owner, was helpful and provided several excellent recommendations. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Sonoma county

Beautiful property for sunshine and pool time

This is a wonderful house, clean and modern design. The pool is especially nice and the kitchen is well stocked. The spaciousness of the house and the open views are just lovely and we enjoyed being close to a town for quick grocery runs or meals out. The one thing that took us by surprise was the semi-regular airplane noise from the airport so close by - we just didn’t note that on the map before renting. Our son loves airplanes so for us there was mostly a good thing.

Wonderful family getaway

The property was beautiful and the pool was the perfect place for our kids to spend most of their time. We loved the layout of the kitchen and the dining room and the view from the dining table. The only thing that would have made it perfect is if there had been shades on the top windows in the master bedroom and the bed mattress was a little softer - though this is just personal preference. Arturo was a wonderful host and made the best recommendation to visit the nearby Oliver's gourmet food market. Windsor is such a cute town with a lovely park and shops and restaurants. Highly recommend, thank you Arturo!

Girl's Weekend/Romanic Night with my BF

This property is located in private breathtaking area surrounded by vineyards. What a peaceful location it is. I had one group of women stay Friday and another on Saturday followed by alone time with my boyfriend. The house is spacious, bright and well appointed. The pool was absolutely spectacular. We stayed in it for hours even late at night while looking up at the stars. Great place to have a small gathering. Arturo met me at check in and check out. He takes great pride in their home. I'm already looking at additional dates to book their home.

The list of compliments is too long to write so, in short, serene. Definition: calm, peaceful and tranquil. The house is full of light and is uncluttered. The pool is just lovely and a nice relief after a long day. Perfect location from the highway with a quick drive to the adorable town of Windsor (with the best grocery store, Olivers). 10 to 15 minutes to Healdsburg. Most of all, perfect hosts. Arturo is a hoot and very clearly loves his home. Looking forward to returning next year.

Private modern getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Arturo's home in Windsor. Location was convenient to the Russian River and Jenner as well as Healdsburg. The home was well equipped, comfortable and met all our expectations. Arturo works hard to make sure his guests have everything they need and a great time. Overall a first rate experience.

We fell in love with the beauty and peacefulness of the Sonoma wine country, as well as the great culinary atmosphere while traveling in the area. We purchased this amazing property a few years ago and have just recently completed development of the property into our amazing vacation get-away.

We have found that many people select our home to celebrate a special occasion such as Marriage Proposals, Wedding anniversary, 40 yr | 50 yr Birthdays; Family get togethers; Iron Man Competitions; Any of the Many Sonoma Wine Festivals

What is really cool about our place is that it is biking distance to Wineries for Wine Tasting; 10 mins to Michelin Star Restaurants and authentic Mexican Food; near year round Farmers Market (home of the Farm-to-Table concept); 20 mins to Guerneville Russian River Resort; 35 mins to the beautiful Sonoma Coast (famous for, Pt. Reyes Nat'l Park, Bodega Bay (Alfred Hitchcock's "The Birds"), world class Road & Mountain Biking and so much more!

We enjoy the sense of spaciousness, beautiful views and feeling of being away from everything even though it is an easy drive to the charming towns of Healdsburg, Santa Rosa and Windsor. We designed the house for indoor-outdoor living with large stacking slider doors in the great room providing a 24 foot opening out to the patio and pool.
