This home was just perfect for our family! we loved the porches and family rooms were large and comfortable! great location across from the tennis center near the cut thru trails to Seaside. Camp Watercolor was a favorite for my grand kids!

Great location and stay

This is our second time at this property, with 8 years between. It's a great property, location and size for our family. The only thing I would say is that a refresh on the Kitchen and baths are needed.

Great location!

We had the best time with our family in this house. It was spacious and we loved that the downstairs had a separate living space for the kids to hang out and watch TV. The location was perfect- a quick bike ride, walk, or golf cart drive to multiple pools and the beach. We can’t wait to come back to this house next year!

Great house..... pictures are accurate.... if you love to cook... the kitchen has most everything you need. We loved the 5 minute walk to Seaside town center. House has a nice little lane out front that has no traffic.

Colorful Stay

We were here with our four grand girls, ages 10, twins 11, and a 13 yr old, They loved the beach and rode their bikes everywhere! The house was decorated with lots of color and the girls loved their bedrooms! The location was great but probably more house than we redefine!

Perfect Family vacation

We stayed with my family of five (3 kids) and my sister’s family of four (2 kids) and my elderly parents. Eleven total. We had 2 bunks and the hallway daybed bed vacant. The kitchen is upstairs with two master suites. 3 bedrooms downstairs. The 4 porches are great.

Perfect for a large family

Watercolor is an awesome neighborhood to be in. I walked the nature trail that connects right in front of the home every morning. It is perfect for a large family.

Our teenage grand children took over the bottom floor and it really took a lot of tension out of our visit. Everything was great. We enjoyed Spring Break 2018 with our kids and grandkids so much. Property was as described and immaculate. Great location for SeaSide and pools.Located on a quiet street off the main street. Made it perfect for young bicycle riders.

Great Family Home in Perfect Location

We had 12 people in our group spanning 3 generations and the house fit us all perfectly! The bottom level is like it's own suite with 3 bedrooms and a living space - this is the level that you enter on. The main living space with the kitchen is on the second level so be aware that there are stairs involved for cooking, eating, hanging out altogether, etc. Fortunately this wasn't an issue for us but a gate on the stairs might be nice for an extra safety precautions with little ones. The screened porch on the main living level was really great to have. We were right in between Camp Watercolor and Seaside so we walked everywhere, including to downtown Watercolor. We all loved how spacious the main living area was, especially with enough room at the dining room table to seat everyone comfortably. This was one of our top rentals in Watercolor!

Another Fantastic Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time to stay at Dandelion #31. Another fantastic stay. We had 7 adults - my husband and myself, 2 adult kids, significant other and grandparents. Plenty of room for us all with private bathrooms. The tv rooms downstairs and also upstairs were a plus. The kids could break away and watch their movies downstairs later in evening while we stayed upstairs. But if we all wanted to watch in the upstairs room, there was plenty of couch space for everyone. House is well stocked with utensils, dishes, glasses for eating in. Heat and hot water worked great. We will definitely be back for a 3rd and 4th visit!
