- Pet Friendly for up to 2 dogs, 45 pounds or less, and non-shedding. Approval from Exclusive 30A and payment of a non-refundable pet fee is required prior to your arrival.
-1 Block to Dogwood/Thyme Beach Access. Beach service available at this entrance.
-1 Block to Seaside and 2 Min Bike Ride to the Seaside Shopping and Dining District. You will be close to all the popular 30A spots while still enjoying a quiet part of the neighborhood. Best of both worlds!

Only 1 block to the Dogwood/Thyme beach entrance and a 2-minute bike ride to shopping and dining in Seaside. You are so close to the beach, you can see the crystal blue waters from the balcony! This spacious home, both inside and out, welcomes you for a chic and comfortable vacation in historic Seagrove.

Area Construction - Our area is getting more popular each year! There is a possibility of nearby construction, community changes and projects on the roads and bridges along 30A year-round and throughout every single community. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued due to noise disturbance or unsightly views due to nearby projects.

Nice house

Just know when it says bedrooms on first floor it is the lower floor and that is all on that floor. Living areas are all upstairs. Housekeeping needs to step it up, very inconsistent as far as towels and toiletries.

30-A friends trip

Perfect weather, nice house, amenities supported our group of 8 very well. Great beach access with a nice pool. One trash can liner and one roll of paper towels seemed a little odd for the price we were paying. Overall a nice time.

Great location!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best time- perfect for two families. Nice open living area- great porches- large yard/space- pool was great. Truly one block from the beach and one block from Seaside. Not a high traffic street which was also a plus! Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing location

It was even better in person and so close to the beach which made the trip so much more relaxing. It’s waking distance to seaside and the food trucks. I will definitely be booking again next summer. The pool was awesome too after a hot day at the beach!

Location and layout inside for living area and kitchen was great There was not a blender on site which was a disappointment Patio and pool furniture had broken legs or broken reclining backs so not in very good shape and not all usable

Fabulous!!

Wonderful House. Large open rooms. Love the family room on second floor. Large kitchen where more than one cook can work at same time. The porches and the backyard pool area was everybody’s favorite. Location of house was absolutely perfect. Only 3 minutes walk to beach and Seaside Town Square. My only suggestion is that it would have been nice to have a few coffee pods, tea bags, cooking oil, etc. in the house when we arrived.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed at Dogwood Delight with my immediate family of 5. We were all very comfortable, including my fur babies. This home is in a great location set on a large, fenced in yard. Very convenient location just outside of Seaside. We did not get into our car once during our entire stay. We rode bikes on the trails and walked into town daily. We loved our stay.

Perfect home in the heart of 30a

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Short walk to the beach (practically across the street) and a few blocks down to seaside. There is a Publix a mile or two for groceries. The house is beautiful and he’s are extremely comfortable. The management company was quick to respond for anything we needed. We rented a golf cart which they delivered and picked up. We’d definitely stay again

Dogwood Disaster

My husband and I just returned from two nightmarish weeks at this property . Be aware that there are two huge construction projects going on across two streets and several abandoned properties as well surrounding this home. Heavy equipment and power tool noise, radios, and people screaming non stop from 7 am to 6 pm six days a week . Trucks, vans, and heavy equipment blocked the street and our driveway and the street multiple times a day. Workers came in the yard unannounced and left the gate open on two separate occasions. Our dogs got into the street as a result. In addition to the noise, all outside seating areas are covered in a thick coating of dust. The yard has not been maintained in a long time and is covered in tree debris. The private pool is right next to a carriage house that has a semi permanent renter. The description of furnishings and appliances as high end is a joke. Builder grade and worn out is a better description. There were a multitude of small annoying repairs that needed to be made and were promptly handled leaving us to think this property has not been maintained for some time. We made our reservation in December and were never notified of the construction during the four months prior to our stay. We had plenty of time to pick another property if we had only been given the opportunity. Please keep looking and don’t rent this one this summer.

We visited on multiple occasions and did provide you all with a nice discount. The pictures of inside the home are accurate as far as furnishings and appliances go. We hope you made some fun memories and enjoyed the beach!
