Located in Phase 1 of Watercolor, in the Park District, this luxury home is in a prime location. It sits on a large corner lot with close proximity to the beach at WaterColor, the Boat House/Western Lake, and Seaside. You will find yourself at the WaterColor Beach Club or in Seaside within minutes. With a walking/biking path near that brings you right to the heart of Seaside, this unique location is definitely a plus during your stay!

You have a warm feeling when you enter the house; this home was beautifully decorated by Don Connelly of Houston.

Upon entering, you will be captivated by the soothing decor and find a spacious, open living/dining concept featuring shiplap walls and painted wooden beams. The living room is surrounded by french doors that provide lots of natural light and open to a wrap around deck and oversized bed porch swing. The living area has plenty of space for the whole family to relax after a long day at the beach. There is a large dining table that seats 8 comfortably. The kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Also, on the first floor is a powder room, and one guest bedroom with two double beds. The private bathroom has a large river rock walk-in shower. There are also french doors for easy outdoor access if you choose & a flat screen TV.

Upstairs, you will find three large bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms and each with their own flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a king bed with a large custom headboard. The master bath has a double vanity with a tub/shower combo. French doors open to its own private deck with rocking chairs. The two guest bedrooms have queen beds, both with private bathrooms and walk-in glass showers. One bedroom has a cozy sitting area with a sofa and the other has French doors leading out to its own private balcony. The bedrooms are very comfortable and beautiful, and are outfitted with high end bedding. The home has custom hardwood floors throughout.

In addition to the main house, there is a very spacious carriage house to be used as a hang out for teens, or those who want additional living. With its own private access, it features an open concept with a king size bed, full kitchen, dining table, and sitting area with a TV console. There is also a full bathroom as well as a stackable washer and dryer. For your convenience, the house has an outdoor shower for rinsing off your sandy feet or your things after a day at the beach. There is also a large bike rack for any bike rentals you may have.

Upon renting, important phone numbers will be given for popular restaurant RSVP's, bike rental company, and beach chair rental company. If needed, grocery assistance and catering can also be arranged prior to your stay.

Please Note:
Golf cart rentals in Watercolor must be made through The Electric Cart Co. and will be limited to 45 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals are granted on a first come, first served basis.

Per the signed rental agreement, any violation of the No Pet/No Smoking policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges.
