Welcome to "Ma Cherie" - my darling of a condo. Completely redecorated, Ma Cherie is lovely and serene. This charming third floor 1 BR/ 1 bath condo boasts water views in all directions! Bonus: enjoy an unobstructed view of Marco's magnificent sunsets from this property! Enjoy the front veranda and the lanai off the bedroom as you watch the sunset, the boats or the waterfowl. This unit and development are immaculately kept. Laundry facilities are conveniently located in the unit. You will be within walking distance to shopping and dining. Also within walking distance are bike rentals, boat rentals and beautiful views of the Marco River. Location, Location, Location! And just a short drive to the white, sandy beaches of the island!

Nice and easy

Great location

Walking distance to restaurants and night spots made Tahoe a great spot for my husband and I. Check in and out was super simple! Great WiFi too if you need to do a little work while away. We both were able to connect to our office simultaneously.

Anniversary Trip

We had a great trip. The condo was in a great area and we took advantage of being able to walk to restaurants nearby, especially Snook! The other residents were warm and welcoming by the pool. Loved having the chairs and towels for the beach.

Perfect Stay

This was our first trip to Marco Island. The condo was ideal for my husband and I, we would definitely return.It was well equipped with everything we needed and was very clean.The neighborhood and island felt very safe.We loved going to the Everglades (nearby) the beaches and trying various restaurants nearby.

Ideal quiet retreat

Wonderfully appointed condo in small complex on quiet north end. Four restaurants within a 5 minute walk and easy bike ride to the beach made this an ideal get-away.

Great trip

I went down to Marco to spent some time with my mom, who lives on the island. The condo was a perfect spot to hang my hat during the stay. It was cozy, clean, and well situated to enjoy the amenities on the island. The host was very responsive. I would recommend this spot to anyone who was looking for a place to stay on Marco.

Great Location

This is a perfect spot for two people to enjoy Marco. The property was super clean and neat with everything we needed. Location is great as you can walk to some great spots to eat, drink and enjoy some entertainment. Pool temperature was perfect. Check in and out was simple. Communications with the owner clear and timely.

Small home - Large Pleasure

Just spent a week in this small home. Right off the elevator which was nice for my wife's bad knees. Really no noise from being close to the elevator but then again, the entire condo complex is small. The other owners we met at poolside were very friendly - even invited us to their New Year's eve pool get-together. The unit itself is small as advertised but was plenty big enough for the wife and me. Clean, well kept with fully functional kitchen - but does not have a dishwasher. The owner, Karen, went above and beyond to ensure that we arrived and gained access. Overall, we had a great time. As a bonus, it's a two minute walk to the Snook Inn.

convenient, friendly relaxing condo

Very convenient to get to restaurants, neighbors very friendly at the complex , located on waterway where we saw dolphins and manatees.. Unit itself is cozy and kitchen was supplied with essentials. Only drawback is furniture is very dated and carpet is worn.

January 2022 stay

The condo was clean and grounds were well cared for. Met many of the residents at the pool during happy hour, mostly retired and very nice and friendly. I got several good recommendations for restaurants, beaches while talking to them. It’s close to to everything but far enough away from the noise. Snook Inn is within walking distance and a small little shopping area right round the corner, The Shops of Olde Marco, had a great bakery and a couple nice little restaurants. The condo could use an update to furniture and kitchen but it’s very comfortable and has everything needed for my weeks stay there. Karen was very easy to work with and I’d definitely consider renting again when returning to Marco Island.

This property is well cared for, close to the Snook and very quiet. Excellent choice!

My husband and I enjoyed evenings walks around the neighborhood. It is very quiet and in walking distance to Snook Inn and if you want to rent a boat or a bicycle, all walking distance. It is easy to find and parking is prefect. The pool is clean and peaceful. Very easy to rent, check-in and leave! No hassle. Karen is amazing and fun to talk with! We will return!

Great Vacation Retreat!

My husband and I stayed at this lovely condo for two weeks in February. The property was spotless when we arrived. Freshly painted and carpets just cleaned! So nice to have a washer/dryer right in the unit! It is in a great location in Olde Marco with shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance. The residents of the condo complex were friendly and welcoming and gave us great recommendations for things to do. The swimming pool overlooks the canal (we saw Dolphins!) with plenty of chairs and loungers. Karen was great to work with and we loved our stay.

Considering the fact that we in a health crisis, we enjoyed our stay. We were familiar with the area , but disappointed that we could not take part in all the area had to offer. Looking forward to another chance.

Wonderful vacation March 2020

Stayed at Karen's condo for two weeks. The condo was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The condo was stocked with everything you need. Elevator right outside your door. No noise from it either. Washer and dryer in unit was a big plus. We liked the location near the restaurants Snooks and ZaZa. Went to the beach every day. Hated to leave. Thank you Karen for everything.

First time renter

Having seasonally rented at several places on Marco for ten years, this condo was spotless and the only one that was free of ants. The bed was really comfortable, the pool a nice size, the poolside neighbors friendly, and the owner wonderful. It is just the right size for a single person or couple. I highly recommend it!

Enjoyed Our Stay!

Nice quiet condo in a great location. Perfect for 2 people. It sits on a canal and the grounds are nicely manicured. Parking is close and there is an elevator to help get luggage/groceries up to the 3rd floor. Internet worked great. We appreciated the kitchen water filter (didn't have to buy as much bottled water) and use of the washer & dryer. Good closet space with lots of hangers. The pool looked great but we didn't use it so I can't comment on that. This condo is about 1/2 block from the Snook Inn - a fun restaurant/bar with good food, and less than a mile from the Dolphin Tiki Bar & Grill - another fun place with good food and a great lobster special on Wednesdays. This is a bare bones rental - no DVD player, books or games. The weather during our stay was the coldest it had been in over 2 years (in the 40's). Going to the beach was not an option so staying in and watching movies would have been nice. Instead we went to the museum (which I recommend) and the movie theater. There were no extra trash bags and no clock in the bedroom. The only clock in the condo is on the microwave. I think most people have their phone with them at all times so that wouldn't be an issue but we would have liked a clock. The owner, Karen, was easy to work with and always got back to me in a timely manner. I recommend this rental.
