With plenty of space; you can sit in front of one of three fireplaces, watch movies (10 televisions),Cook a glorious meal; (dining area for 18), shoot a game of pool or play games in the family room, take a hot tub or just relax and enjoy the gorgeous views of Baldy Mountain. You are in the ski area and 1 mile from downtown Breckenridge!

The summer offers hiking and biking right out the door; exceptional views, and a quiet street!

Fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with foils and wraps, trash bags, dish cloths and towels, soaps, basic spices, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, drip and single serve coffee makers and standard small appliances.

Winter (NOV-APRIL): 4-WHEEL DRIVE REQUIRED. All roads to the lodge and driveway are plowed and maintained.

HOW TO SKI IN AND OUT: Recommended for Intermediate and Advanced Skiers
Ski out:
Cross the street directly behind Slopeside, put on your skis and ski via Four O'Clock Run (green run) to the Snowflake Lift. You will cross a street to access the Snowflake Lift.
(If you wish; You can also walk from The Slopeside Lodge; about 500 yards to just above the Base of Peak 8… This is Trygve’s Ski Run. From here; put on your skis and ski to the Base!)

Ski in:
Ski directly to the Slopeside House from Four O'Clock ski run to Trygve’s Ski Run; and then on to the Homeowners' trail (skier’s right). There are 2 homes that flank the Homeowner’s Trail.
Follow the trail (fairly flat) directly to The Slopeside Lodge.
We are the last house located on the run.
