We enjoyed staying at the house - playing ping pong, billiards, fosball, and cards!! The kitchen appliances were ample and clean. The scenery was beautiful and we enjoyed sitting outside!! We visited the many shops in town and explored some local hiking trails.

This house was beautiful and just a few minutes drive from downtown Breckinridge. The house is very spacious and clean with a nice kitchen. We saw wildlife and even had a baby fox roaming the property. The view from the front porch is like a post card! Would definitely visit here again.

Perfect location

We were very pleased with our stay at this home in Blue River. It was very close to Breckenridge shopping and restaurants but still far enough away to give you those peaceful mountain house vibes. Our kids loved the bunk room, pool table, foosball, and ping pong tables. It kept them busy. The rooms were great, we appreciated that each adult couple were able to have their own bathrooms. Check in was easy and communication with the manager was quick and painless! Weā€™ve already started to plan our next trip back!

Wonderful Home!

We enjoyed our stay! The home was clean, spacious, and quiet. We loved the view of Mt Quandary with our morning coffee. We had a few visitors...fox, moose, and small bear that was fun to see. We had troubles getting into the home, the property manager was quick to assist. Our family of 14 (Ages 1 to 70+) would come back again!

The property is beautiful and was enjoyed by all. The kitchen was quite well stocked. (it would have been nice to have a knife sharpener.). We did a lot of cooking so really tested the kitchen. Thank you for letting us use your lovely home.

Wonderful house.

We stayed in this wonderful house with family (16 total) for 5 nights and had a wonderful experience. The house is very spacious, allowing for anyone who needs some space to get away. Also loved the upstairs with the kids/teen bunk room. The hot tub was a huge hit as well. A very easy 5-7 minute drive to Breckenridge and the roads were very well kept for us Southerners who arenā€™t fond of driving in snow and ice. Thereā€™s plenty of yard space to explore and build snowmen when off the slopes.
