Cozy little getaway

Quiet and comfy

My husband and I really enjoyed our desert stay at the bungalow. So unique to be in the desert. Comfy bed and full kitchen- and enjoyed the charm and colorful art. Thank you!

Remote desert gem

Beautiful little studio, with vast open views of the desert and night skies. Communication with owner was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed using this as our base to explore the various towns in the valley!

Mojave getaway

We arrived to this property at night and it is a bit out there on a sandy road but the directions were great. The bungalow was really cute and well supplied/appointed. With such a large property we had plenty of room to enjoy sunise/sunset walks with the pups. Overall we had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay again on our next desert trip.

Very cute bungalow

For the past 10 years we have wanted to visit Joshua Tree national park. This rental is close by and is secluded in its rural natural habitat. The bungalow is very cute and clean. Hopefully it won't be 10 years before we come back. We would gladly stay here again.

Fell in love with the desert.

My family and I just loved the property. Everything was just perfect the décor was so adorable. The views from the property were also amazing. It made us fall in love with the desert. Since my daughter and my new grandson live in 29 palms we hope that we will be able to come back to the property.

Great weekend getaway

We stayed at this property for 3 days 2 nights while visiting Joshua Tree National Park. It was a good location far enough away from main town so we could stargaze but still 15-20min to everything. Kitchen was well stocked. Everything you need was provided at the bungalow so it was nice to be able to make meals and also eat out sometimes. The EV charger was sooo convenient! Minor issues with cleaniness (found clump of hair not our own in shower, some mugs weren't clean) but otherwise great place!

Excellent accommodation with a great location

We had a wonderful time at this property! The home was cozy, super well decorated, and very clean. The outdoor space and seclusion down a dirt road were exactly what we wanted. The sunset we had was to die for. Downtown jtree was a short 15-20 minute drive. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable and quiet

Nice, private bungalow. Big, spacious, fenced yard for our dog to explore safely. Cool, ‘marooned’ boats scattered about made for an interesting landscape!

Beautiful!

Love how clean and pristine the property was. It was just far enough away from all the light pollution to see the night sky clearly, and close enough to the national park that we didn’t have to drive too far! Patricia was an attentive and amazing host!

Comfortable, tranquil, peaceful bungalow

The evenings at this bungalow were beautiful. You can to enjoy the quiet, and the evening sky colors. The bungalow had everything you need, even extra toilet paper, shampoo, etc.

Adorable Bungalow in the Desert

This property was awesome. It was close to Joshua Tree National Park but far enough that we got to experience the quiet and stars of being a little way out of town. The bungalow was quirky and cute and perfect for a couple of nights away. It had everything we needed for our stay. Our kids loved exploring the property and we enjoyed sitting out stargazing at night. Patricia was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere to go with a small family or as a couple.

Beautiful desert location

This property was the prefect size for our small family of four. It was clean and the location was wonderful. Full functioning kitchen was a plus and all of the wonderful books and things around made it feel like home. My only complaint is that the bed was horribly uncomfortable. We all ended up squeezing on to the futon because of it. This place would have definitely been a return stay if the bed was different. Overall still a great experience, but needs a new mattress.

Secluded bungalow in the desert of Twenty-Nine Palms

If you want a break from the usual, this is it. We stayed in the Bungalow at the tail-end of a December snowstorm which (effectively) closed Joshua Tree for a day. It was a nice place to relax after a day of exploring the nearby desert attractions. The Bungalow has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Remember to bring your own groceries because there is nothing in the immediate vicinity, which is part of the charm and appeal. We stayed with our two Shih-Tzus and they loved looking out the front doors to see if anything was happening in the desert (it wasn't). The internet works well, and the selection of books is eclectic and plenty to keep you busy after a day of exploring the desert and Joshua Tree NP. Patricia was EXTREMELY helpful as she reached out to be sure that we could find the place, that we knew about the snow, and that we had arrived safely. Better than many other places we have stayed.
