BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

The primary bedroom offers vineyard and rolling hill views, a king bed, and direct access to the deck—perfect for morning coffee as the fog lifts. The ensuite bathroom features Zellige tile, dual vanities, and a waterfall shower.

The additional bedrooms also feature king beds, modern furnishings, and smart TVs. The second bathroom includes a shower/tub combo, and on-demand hot water ensures comfortable showers. Hair dryers, toiletries, and makeup wipes are provided.

KITCHEN & LIVING

The open living and kitchen area is designed for connection. Relax on the sectional with a cozy blanket and a movie, unwind with a glass of wine, enjoy the record player, or browse the travel books.

The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped for charcuterie, shared meals, and relaxed dinners after tastings. The oversized island seats six and serves as the heart of the home, allowing the cook to stay engaged with the group while preparing meals. A wine fridge, quality glassware, decanter, mixing tools, and additional ice maker are provided.

In warmer months, meals easily extend outdoors to the dining table in the yard.

OUTDOOR SPACE

Outdoor living is a highlight of the property. Lounge on the redwood deck under string lights, enjoy a meal outdoors in the yard, challenge your group to bocce, or relax in the hot tub under the stars.

The fully fenced yard includes seasonal fruit trees, lounge seating, and space for dogs to enjoy (pet fee applies). A restored 1930s bar adds character and a unique gathering spot.

This place is an absolute stunner!! It felt luxurious and homey at the same time. The property is literally situated on /in the vineyard. Every single part of the property was excellent. I have not one negative thing to say. We were able to check in whenever we arrived that day. The owners are super kind. They had wine, beer and sparkling water as a welcome and a sweet sign that said: happy birthday Jennifer! As we were celebrating my 50th. The property is in a great location. One way is the town square and the other are many many vineyards. The kitchen was totally set up for use and they even had fresh coffee beans with appliances. The beds were all king sized and so cozy! Each room had a smart TV and the room I stayed in had a peloton. Bathrooms were so nice and fully stocked. Hospitality here is definitely 10 of 10. We followed the rules for the county and had a perfect trip. I highly recommend this place! Oh! And they even have a functional old record player with albums. It was really cool. Literally everything on site and everything within close proximity. I have tons of photos on my digital camera that I plan to share as soon as I get situated back home. Jacuzzi and bocce ball too! Thank you!

This was a great location with easy access to downtown Healdsburg and wineries. We loved the beautiful back yard! The house was well stocked with towels and linens. The kitchen was also well stocked with dishes and essentials. Our host checked in with us when we arrived and offered lots of suggestions for wineries, restaurants and things to do in the area. We hope to go back!

It is such a wonderful property and so many great points. It is clean and well maintained. It is close to everything - wineries, shopping, grocery stores. The layout is great. The back patio has a wonderful view and playing bocce was so fun. It is a very well appointed house and the the hosts are wonderful to communicate with. The photos are exactly as the property is. We had such a great time.

I cannot even begin to fully express how much we loved our stay. This location is amazing. Close to everything! The house inside is beautiful and so comfortable. The best thing though is the backyard and its view. We do plan on coming back staying again. Thank you again!!

Beautiful location, beautiful, clean home, excellent hosts! We wanted something close enough to the Healdsburg city center that we could go dine there in the evenings, but secluded enough that we could relax. We got addicted to the Bocci ball during our stay! Such a nice touch!Reason for the missing star for the cleanliness was because the spa had just been treated with a product that left the water dirty with yellow patches on the side, so basically unusable. The owners were extremely responsive to fix the issue, and by the next afternoon, the spa was in perfect condition.Speaking of the responsiveness of the owners: we could not find a toaster in the kitchen, despite it being listed in the description. A simple text with the owners revealed that it had recently been discarded by their cleaning crew because it no longer functioned, but their crew failed to inform them. So as a remedy, they door-dashed a brand new toaster (with an accompanying bottle of sparkling wine!) and within only a an hour, the issue was resolved.Towards the end of our stay the owners informed us they would issue a partial refund for the inconvenience of the spa and the missing toaster, even though we did not even ask for such an accommodation! This was truly the mark of caring hosts who are looking out for your peace of mind!All in all, I would highly recommend this place.

We have been staying in the Healdsburg area via Vrbo for years and this is our favorite house yet. It is minutes from town, clean, well equipped and comfortable with king size beds in every room. It has an incredible back yard that we enjoyed almost as much as our dog. Morning coffee on the back deck was a real treat. Our sincere thanks to Christina, the owner, who was gracious, helpful, and prompt to respond.

Great house, great location

A beautiful house in a great location. The house is right on Dry Creek Road, close to the 101, downtown Healdsburg and all of the wineries on Dry Creek Road. There is some road noise, but it didn't bother us while staying there.The three bedrooms are good size (especially the master) and all have large, comfortable beds. The house has been recently renovated, so all of the inside is very nice and updated. Kitchen is well-stocked and the outside area is large and really nice with a great view of the hills and vineyard behind the house. Good deck with seating and a barbeque.Owners are very responsive, checking in on us frequently to make sure everything was going well. We had a great stay!

Wonderful!

The house was in a fantastic location and close to the city and wineries. Very well stocked, easy to check in, great communication with the owner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly rent again. A few issues….the traffic noise was a bit loud at times, but not a deal breaker. Bathroom is a little small and it’s the only one. But, it was advertised as such, so certainly wasn’t a surprise. The backyard is wonderful! A true joy….very entertaining and awesome views! Overall all….just great!

Perfect Wedding Retreat!

Even a bomb cyclone storm couldn't ruin the excellence of this house! My wife and I rented the property as a retreat from the craziness of our wedding weekend. It was the perfect hideaway! The pour-over coffee bar was especially welcome on the cold rainy mornings. The rain did prevent us from using a lot of the outdoor space, but the grounds were peaceful and serene with a great view for the couple of hours we had with no rain. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. Check-in/out was a breeze. All in all, an excellent property in an excellent area!

Wine country getaway

Very quaint and homey. Backyard is phenomenal. Even better if you have a furry friend with you. Kitchen is very well stocked with everything one would need. Fruit trees, herbs and garden in the back yard are amazing. Hosts are very attentive and they respond quickly. Location is fabulous to downtown restaurants and wineries. Enjoyed our stay tremendously - would definitely consider returning next year. Thank you Christina and Steve!

Lovely

What a lovely stay. Our dogs loved the big fenced in backyard. Hot tub was nice at night! Kitchen was well stocked. It is on a busy road which prohibits you from walking anywhere. But we brought our bikes and biked into town in about 15 minutes. Close to lots and lots of great wineries. We also enjoyed a paddle down the Russian river. I could’ve stayed another week and not run out of activities!

Beautiful home in a great location!

This home was just perfect for us to stay during our wedding weekend in Healdsburg. Well stocked, plenty of extra room for our wedding things, and the yard is just amazing. Very conveniently located to town and wineries, I just can't say enough good things about this beautiful place. Thank you Christina for making this place available and beautiful!

Perfect Healdsburg property!

Could not have been more thrilled with this rental! Very close to downtown Healdsburg and our favorite grocery store (Big John's Market). The backyard is literally the definition of "backyard goals" including a perfect vantage point seating area to see the sun set over the vineyards. Highly recommend!

TRULY HEAVENSBURG

I went with my sister and 2 nieces for a long girls weekend. We didn't want for anything. All our needs seemed to be anticipated in advance down to the i-phone charger by the side of the bed. Everything was neat and clean and the backyard was "heaven on earth". I know I said I felt like I was in heaven every time I went outside or just viewed the back from the kitchen. I definitely want to go back and hope this property is still available.

Gorgeous and convenient property

This property is so special. It has a fantastic backyard which has vineyard and mountain views. It is comfortable and perfect for a family stay - no doubt you'll feel at home! The homeowner was easy to reach and accommodating. I highly recommend this gem of a property!

"Heavensburg" was a great location for and even better place to return after wine tasting

The pictures on the listing are accurate. The backyard is absolutely gorgeous and the interior has been very nicely done. The kitchen and grill made dinner in a good experience, the coffee station was a nice touch, and the couch immediately put half our party to sleep by about 9:00 each night. I will certainly consider renting here again on future trips.

An AMAZING place for rest and relaxation!

We just returned from a 4 night stay and enjoyed every second of it! We were visiting Healdsburg for our wedding weekend, and this was the perfect landing spot as we celebrated our marriage! The home is clean and updated, and the owners provide all the perks--complete with fresh cut flowers, toiletries, and gourmet coffee beans! This was the perfect size for us for a luxurious wedding weekend as a couple (we had boxes, clothes, and wedding decorations spread out through all the bedrooms), although it would EASILY hold a large family. The two downstairs bedrooms are decently sized with large closets. Upstairs are two more bedrooms that would be great for kids (the ceilings are a bit low for tall adults, but definitely usable). The bathroom and kitchen are beautifully remodeled. As nice as the inside of the home is--the yard is the show stopper! The view of the vineyard is unbelievable. The yard has a hot tub, bocce court, frisbee golf, outdoor couches, and an overflowing veggie garden! You could easily spend the day in this yard and never even make it out for siteseeing, but this home is centrally located amongst all of the Dry Creek wineries and is a quick 3 minute drive to downtown Healdsburg. We couldn't imagine a better place for us and our 2 dogs to visit. We can't wait to come back for another stay!!!

Perfect spot!

Such an amazing location! Its proximity to the highway, downtown, and some killer wineries make it a perfect location. Being able to unwind after a long day of tastings in the backyard with a glass of wine and bocce made it even more worthwhile!

A Slice of "Heaven-sburg"

This is a wonderfully convenient, excellently equipped place to enjoy all that Healdsburg and Northern Sonoma has to offer! Kitchen was so well thought out and has everything you need! The backyard is beautiful, looks just like the pictures on line. Played bocce, used the hot tub, ate dinner on the deck! Will definitely be back!

5 Star Accommodations in Prime Wine Country Location

A "girls' trip" that couldn't have been more ideal! Large, updated kitchen, wonderful sleeping accommodations and an enormous backyard for relaxing... best of all, close to wineries! It was just our style... modern, comfy and classy! We will definitely be back with our hubbies. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone reading this. Simply heaven indeed, thanks again!

Cute house, excellent location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at this property. The house was great for two couples, and it had everything we needed for the weekend. The proximity to Healdsburg was perfect. We were close to all the town has to offer - wine tasting rooms, fabulous restaurants, groceries, etc. But we enjoyed the home so much we stayed in a couple nights, and cooked our own amazing meals. We really appreciated that all the "extras" were available - spices, aluminum foil, etc. It made it much easier to prepare meals, and the fresh lemons off the tree in the backyard was an added bonus. The bedrooms were tastefully decorated and very comfy! And of course the hot tub hit the spot after long days of wine tasting! Highly recommend this home! We will be back!

Great stay, nice location, owners great to work with.

Christina was a great owner to coordinate/communicate making the vacation stress/worry free. A nice card, fresh coffee beans and bottle of sparkling wine was a very nice touch. Since it was X-mas time, it's always stressful for my wife to travel far from home; the X-mas tree in the living room was much to her surprise and enjoyment. The house is very tidy, nicely equipped and relaxing. The location is great for visiting local wineries in Alexander Valley, Dry Creek, northern Napa and Sonoma Valley as well as quick trip to the ocean; we went to 35 wineries in 6 days. Can’t wait to go back and explore another 500 or so. The vicinity to Healdsburg is less than a mile where there are wonderful shops and restaurants that can keep you occupied for days alone. The dry creek road has minor road traffic in the am, so there is a minor road noise; bedrooms are equipped with background white noise devices to aid light sleepers. We did not experience any noise nuisance. The washer/dryer is large and can handle a lot of laundry. We had a great time and really enjoyed the house. My wife is ready to come back. Jewel in the Wine Country

Our family spent the Christmas holiday in this amazing home. The owners were wonderful to deal with and left holiday treats for our family to enjoy. We were especially thrilled when they took the time to have a Christmas tree for us, an added touch we were not expecting but really appreciated!!! We enjoyed the Bocce ball court and Frisbee game in the backyard, not to mention the large hot tub. This home has quick access to the town of Healdsburg and freeway if you need to go to town. Our favorite Big John's market is very close. We also love the combination entry of the house, no need to worry about keys. Thank you Steve & Christina for sharing your home with us. We fell in love with this property the moment we saw it, the view in the backyard is what sold us! The property was a "fixer" but we saw the beauty that was possible, and take pride in sharing our magical space with travelers. Since we purchased we have completed two renovations, one in 2014 & one in 2025!

The view from the property is the best benefit! We also have been thoughtful to make sure travelers will have everything they need. Healdsburg offers world class dining and a variety of things to do regardless of what you are into- and we love sharing recommendations to make sure our guests have a great stay!
