It is steps away from a fish market, an open-air restaurant (La Casa del Dorado) and only a short distance away from several neighborhood bars, food stands and a bakery. Located in the historic Barrio Espinar, this quaint neighborhood is home to the oldest church ruins on the island dating back to the 1500's. The upper-level terrace provides the best view of the west coast overlooking pueblos from Aguadilla to Rincon. The main level has three bedrooms, two baths, a kitchen and access to the third level patio. The lower level studio has its own living room, bathroom, kitchenette and laundry.
