8-Bedroom Mountain Estate Near Snowbasin Ski Resort

This home sits on 2 acres with a million dollar mountain view. This is property is ideal for reunions and retreats. It has a Bullfrog hot tub, massive theater room and a game room with arcades, ping pong, basketball, billiards. We also have a sand volleyball court, pickleball court, and a fire pit.

We allow up to 30 guests. (We have 7 queens and 12 bunk beds, three spare mattresses, and a pack 'n play). We are 20 min from Snowbasin Resort and 40 minutes from SLC Airport.

We love family reunions and business retreats! We allow small weddings and other events for an $1,800 event fee. The event fee also includes access to the massive 2600-sq ft event building with a built-in sound and synchronized sound systems. The fee also gives you access to our tables and chairs for up to 100 people.
