We rented this house for a leadership retreat and it was perfect for our needs. Many sleeping options, lots of large gathering spaces, even an extra 8’ folding table and chairs in the garage that we brought out for extra dining seating. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the view was fantastic! The host was very prompt to respond and check in and check out were very easy. Would definitely recommend this place!

We were excited to stay at the Morgan Manor, and it exceeded all our expectations! It was even larger than it looked in the photos. We loved that there were several gathering places as well as enough space to gather as a group. Robert was quick to answer questions and was super helpful. We have zero reservations recommending this place to others and would gladly stay here again!

Great house! Had everything that we needed and more for our church women’s retreat for 25 women. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and included a Keurig coffee machine, amazing extra butlers pantry with large prep counter, 2 fridges, 2 ovens, large stove, and extra tables and chairs stored in garage for more dining seats. Views were beautiful from the covered porch, hot tub was great, as well as the theater room. So happy we found this place!

This was a terrific venue for our family reunion. There were plenty of bedrooms and beds for all and the numerous large living spaces were very family friendly. The grandchildren loved the bunk rooms and the theater room as well as the game room. The hot tub was ready for us and enjoyed by all. Grandpa appreciated the main floor master suite and we loved hearing our accomplished granddaughter play the piano. The property has large grassy areas to play and an amazing view of the fall colors. We loved that it was somewhat secluded. Everything was clean and in working order. Thank you Robert! Our favorite vacation rental so far! We will definitely be booking it again.

This was our best vacation rental yet and we've been doing this for years. The house was even better than we expected! There was plenty of room (we had 19 family members there). There were lots of things to do, the view was spectacular, and it is so private. Everyone wants to come back to this home again in the future! It was absolutely perfect for our yearly family reunion!

We had an amazing stay at this house for our family reunion! Throughout our stay, different members of our family kept commenting on how perfect the house was. There was plenty of space for bringing everyone together but also private areas providing personal space when needed. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed, and the high-end small appliances were a wonderful bonus. We especially appreciated the warming drawer, which we ended up using quite a bit. The large refrigerator and additional fridge and pantry made it easy to keep food organized for our large group. The common areas downstairs are spacious and gave the kids plenty of room to play and hang out. Everyone loved the theater room, it was a huge hit for both watching movies and giving the kids another fun space to play. The large lawn was also fantastic for our family games and outdoor activities.Overall, this home was exceptionally well suited for a family reunion and gave us plenty of space to gather, play, relax, and enjoy time together. We would definitely recommend it to other large families or groups! We plan to come again! The host is really responsive and kind and obviously has experience hosting.

Morgan Mansion

I brought my family together from all over the united states for a reunion. The house was such a great fit. Not only did it sleep 20 people but there was enough room for all of us to spread out and live in there. Very enjoyable and peaceful place.

great family gathering space

We had a great time on our stay, some things were a little rough, (like the hot tub not being full or hot, the dishwasher leaking, the power kept tripping if we tried to play the games AND run the space heater in the garage, beds not made or ready for sleep) but overall we had a great time. It has nice big gathering spaces, lots of fun to keep people of all ages entertained and happy, and the people were responsive about the problems.Would be nice to have some folding tables or chairs available for family meals since there isn't seating for as many people as the house sleeps.

Beautiful large home

Very functional for big groups-we had 9 adults and 6 kids. Plenty of seating and beds. Unfortunately had a problem with the hot tub and a secondary refrigerator. Both were resolved quickly. View is incredible. Enjoyed seeing mule deer in the yard daily. Movie room, game room, and popcorn maker were a hit with the kids. Age appropriate toys. Dual washer/dryer very helpful. Beds were comfortable.

Beautiful property and great space for our large family gathering. With two living spaces, game rooms and theater, and a kitchen and butlers pantry everything from entertaining to feeding worked well. We are already looking at the calendar trying to determine when we can go back again! Close proximity to pineview and other fun things for off-property fun as well. Property exactly as described and even had more toys and things for young kids, Basketball hoop and ball, high chairs, dvds, and more. Property feels secluded and like a little slice of paradise but it is just moments from major roadways and easy to access. Host is very thoughtful and intentional and communicates well. Property manager is easy to call/text which we did in advance of our stay.
