Rustic cabin with all the modern amenities. Many area lakes for fishing or recreation, or take a 30 minute ride to an amazing Amish bakery and shops. 10 minutes to downtown Montello for groceries and restaurants.

The location was close to family, this was important to us. We enjoyed the spaces; upstairs loft, two private bedrooms, front and back sitting areas. Viewing the constellations at night around a campfire is priceless. We appreciate that this property was built with nature at its heart. Beds were comfortable, wash machine/dryer a plus. We brought food but did go to Wisconsin Dells one day and ate at B-Luxe after an upper dells boat tour.

Family Getaway

The place was exactly what we hoped it would be. Very peaceful and private. Cabin came equipped with pretty much everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable, made us feel like we were at a home away from home. We would definitely recommend to family and friends, and we hope to stay there again soon.

Mother-Daughter weekend

We all enjoyed this cabin so much!! It had everything you needed, plenty of room, clean, relaxing and peaceful. This is our 2nd time at this property. We would highly recommend it if you are looking for a peaceful getaway. Owner os very quick to respond to any questions we may have had. Thank you Justin!!

Annual Girls Trip

This cabin was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Everything about it was perfect - the decor inside and outside was amazing! The cabin was exceptionally clean and ready for us when we checked in! The way the cabin was listed was spot on! The location was perfect, remote, peaceful and serene yet close enough to town, restaurants and bars. I would definitely recommend staying here. We had such an amazing time! Did NOT want to leave! Thanks for being a great host! Hope to back again next year!

Wake to the sound of Nature

Log cabin in the woods. You do not see any other dwellings, very clean and tidy. Night sky is awesome no lights nearby. Town is 7 miles away. but just down the road is the Chateau bar and restaurant. very authentic North woods experience. Don't ask for Chardonay go for the beer and pizza. One night had very large Thunder storm felt extremely safe inside the logs. Easy to see deer , rabbits, squire. Also saw 2 what we thought to be Crains in the field just past the wood line. Loved our time there.

Exactly as advertised. Beautiful cabin, quiet location.

Simply a wonderful, quiet place to unwind. My group stayed at this cabin for a guys golf trip and everyone was extremely impressed with what this cabin had to offer. Updated kitchen and bathrooms, with rustic touches throughout. .

The perfect get away!

I can not say enough good things about this property. It was perfect for us. Our grandkids loved the big room in the loft to share. They didn't ask for electronics until bedtime with all of the outdoor space. They walked the trails, played on the big swing and played ball. Us adults spent time on the wonderful front porch and around the campfire. We saw several deer on the property and the number of stars that we got to see at night was amazing. The house was clean and exactly as described. Not sure if it was all of the daily activities or the comfy beds but we all slept amazingly, so quiet. We will be back for sure.

Great property and host!!

This place was everything we expected and then some. Very clean and quiet. We had to cut our visit short due to a bad storm that went through the area and knocked out our power. Justin was very accommodating with everything and was very timely with all of his replies. We would definitely stay here again and would rate it as one of the best cabins we've rented. We all had a great time. Thank you Justin.

Just what we wanted

Stayed for a long weekend with my sisters and niece. The location was just what we wanted. The cabin was clean and well maintained with plenty of space to spread out for everyone. We even managed to enjoy the walking trail before the rain came.

Very nice cabin that's pleasantly isolated in the wilderness

We really liked this cabin. It's been nicely updated, but maintains that authentic cabin feeling. The front porch was so nice during the rainstorms, and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals for several people. The internet speeds were more than ample, and there's even decent cellular service, surprisingly. Being close to the Dells and the nearby Amish community is a great plus.

Excellent getaway spot

We LOVED this cabin!! We wanted to go to the Dells with another family, and we loved the idea of having a cabin a little bit outside of the Dells. The drive wasn’t that long and we loved having the quiet cabin to come back to. We spent some time exploring the property, having a campfire, and spending time together inside. The loft was perfect for the kids. The whole cabin was very clean and cozy. We loved the details in the cabin decor, and all wanted to know the history of this gorgeous property. We would love to stay here again!

Perfect remote cabin getaway!

Beautiful, peaceful stay

My husband and I intended on being outside for the majority of our stay but Mother Nature had other ideas. It rained almost the entire time. Unfortunately, we spent more time indoors - to that the living room furniture is not very comfortable, but the cabin is nice. The property & surroundings are beautiful & we were able to dodge the rain one afternoon & take a peaceful walk in the wooded & grassy areas surrounding the cabin & country road & enjoyed the wildlife. We would love to come back when we can enjoy the outdoors more.

Great time here!

This weekend was a great relaxing getaway that was needed with all going on. Being able to bring friends together and spend a long weekend away from day to day life and enjoy nature, bon fire, grilling out. I would stay here again.

Starting with the ease of booking to the quick reply from the owner Justin to answer questions, the whole experience was so wonderful and easy. I was worried as this was the first time we rented a cabin. NO problems what so ever. Very clean and peaceful. On the day of departure the cleaning professional Terry came right on time, super friendly. It was raining pretty hard and we were on the bike. She not only allowed us to wait til the rain slowed but we were able to visit her as she jumped right in and started cleaning. Me and my family HIGHLY recommend this getaway. You won't be disappointed until you have to leave. Also, pack light as the cabin is stocked very well which was great. Loved the area and loved the people. Have a good day all!

We have enjoyed this property for many years that has been in the family for generations. It is the most relaxing quiet place we have ever been to and We are always amazed at the weight that is lifted off of your shoulders as soon as you pull into the driveway which is much needed these days with the stresses of life.
