The hosts were great to work with. The house was just perfect for our needs. The home was immaculate, beautifully furnished and decorated. We enjoyed the outdoors deck. The four season room was beautiful. We found such peace while staying here. I would highly recommend staying here!

Very cozy, quiet and beautiful stay

Great, relaxing vacation

We really enjoyed our stay! The lake is small and easy to explore. The paddle boards are a blast! Caught a few nice bass and some panfish (released all). Checked out the field down the road and counted 23 deer one night with some huge bucks! The new patio's very nice and provides a great view of the lake. The 3 season room was a perfect spot for meals. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great getaway location

The hosts have taken everything into consideration in making this a quaint little getaway cottage. The property is well maintained yet rustic. We were there over thanksgiving and it was quiet and peaceful. The night sky was lit up at night with stars and the morning sunrise over the lake while enjoying a cup of coffee was stunning.

College friends celebrate 62 years of friendship!

We gather yearly in various locationsā€¦perfect place and perfect time for relaxing, visiting, walking in the woods, and savoring sitting and enjoying the lake view! So clean and comfortable. Unique furnishings and well maintained. Yes we all loved being there! Had good meals at various restaurants in Montello too.

Exactly what we needed

Beautiful and extremely clean home! My husband and I came for a recharge and "unplugged" get away before he starts a new job! It was every thing we wanted and hoped for and hope to come back next year!

Awesome Getaway!

We loved everything about the cabin. There's even enough kitchen supplies (pots, pans, plates, bowls, etc.) that we could enjoy our meals without compromise. The four seasons room is great for eating, reading, and playing games. Our 14 y/o absolutely loved it as well and has stated repeatedly how much he's going to miss being there.

Sons birthday getaway

We wanted to get away for our sons birthday, and we couldnā€™t have asked for a better place. Such a beautiful cabin! Our boys loved the boat and fishing from the dock! Perfect, quiet, nature get away

The property was great, the lake was calm and perfect for our 2 boys to explore. They caught so many fish right of the dock and using the peddle boat. The nearby town was so cute. The ice glacier nature trail was beautiful. The property itself was cozy and had everything you need to be comfortable. I found a nice path to walk the dogs, so literally, everyone in our family had a great time.

Checking out the area

I booked this property to take some time becoming familiar with the Montello, Wi area. To my delight the property was immaculate, well-appointed and was designed with comfort and convenience in mind. It was a challenge to pull myself away from the tranquil setting.
