The huge 1400 square foot wrap around deck sits perched over the water with stunning sunset views. The home comes prepared with an outdoor propane infrared BBQ, patio furniture, outdoor dining set, and a large sunshade area for afternoon lounging.

Terraced steps and a foot path leading down to the water’s edge with a boat dock and buoys for secure mooring of your boat and water toys. Adirondack chairs and umbrellas provided on the dock. Have cannonball competitions off the dock, or leisurely kayak in our bay, or just sit and drink in the gorgeous scenery while listening to the water birds and eagles.

All guests have access to our kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, and the West Lake Almanor Community Club, a five-minute walk from the house. Access to free tennis courts and pickle ball 5 minutes from the home.

The Lake Almanor West community has a nine-hole golf course, par 72, forest-lined fairways, restaurant, tennis courts, pickel ball, boat launch and recreation area with playground and protected beach/swimming area. Located 5 minutes from US Forest's Recreation trail, an 11 mile paved trail for hiking and biking along the beautiful west shore of the lake.

*A one week minimum is required during the prime rental season. Check in is at 4pm Saturday and check out is at 10am the following Saturday. Shorter stays will be considered upon request.

*Our property is a family home and it is decorated for comfort and relaxation. Special requests will be considered by Kathy Limmex.

*We live a few hours away from the home and want to make sure each guest has an amazing vacation. If there are any issues, please let us know and we will be happy to get them fixed right away. This is our second home and we are available at any time to help via telephone, and have local resources for any emergency needs.
