Welcome to Emerald Beach Cottage, our beautiful updated *Pet Friendly* vintage beach cottage. Conveniently located just steps from the sand on the quiet end of Panama City Beach, FL. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom gem comfortably sleeps 8 in two king beds, a twin over twin bunk bed for the kids and a queen sleeper sofa. It's on the ocean side of Thomas Drive and it's the 3rd house from the beach! Plenty of parking, too! This house is pet friendly-1 dog maximum and it must weigh 25lbs or less.
Beautifully updated with high end cabinetry, granite counter tops and all new kitchen appliances. The updated bathrooms feature a tiled showers with shower massages and a granite counter top or pedestal sink. White oak tile floors throughout and warm, cozy beach dƩcor everywhere you look!
The large open floor plan great room has plenty of room to stretch out and relax. You'll enjoy making memories here. There is a queen sleeper sofa and matching love seat. We have a man sized leather recliner and an accent chair that is a rocker, too. The wide screen TV is great for enjoying the big game and your favorite programs and movies. The cottage is equipped with complementary Dish network and wi-fi throughout. We also provide plenty of places to plug in your personal electronics for charging.
The well equipped kitchen is great for cooking everything from a quick snack to a full gourmet meal. The dining area has a table with 6 chairs and is surrounded by windows. You'll enjoy the tropical themed dinnerware, too. For the coffee lovers, we have both a drip coffee maker AND a Keurig machine.
Smell the ocean and hear the waves from your private backyard oasis. Your breezy covered back porch with privacy curtains makes this the perfect year-round area for relaxing. Enjoy outdoor cooking on the charcoal grill and gather round the fire pit to toast marshmallows and tell stories. Get the whole group together for a game of corn hole in the backyard, too! When you're ready to head to the beach, it's just a quick walk along neighborhood sidewalks to the beach entrance. There's even a beach wagon to make it easy to take all your beach stuff. The amazing outdoor shower is great for rinsing off after the beach, it's even heated for your comfort. Come relax, put your toes in the sand and go coastal with us!
The Captain's Main Suite is decorated in nautical style and has a luxurious king bed with a soft pillow top mattress, plenty of pillows and high thread count linens. It's like sleeping on a cloud. A large TV and a beautiful side chair complete your private getaway! The modern private master bathroom is beautifully tiled with a pedestal sink and a walk in shower with a shower massage. There's a hair dryer for your convenience, too. You'll love the fluffy white towels.
The Blue Seas Bedroom will remind you of the ocean everywhere you look. The comfy pillow top king bed will be your favorite place for a great night's sleep. This bedroom has a large TV and plenty of storage, too.
The Crew's Quarters bunk room has a twin over twin bunk bed set for the kids. It also has a big TV just for the kiddos. Decorated in coastal style, it is every kid's dream vacation spot.
The second bathroom is completely updated with beautiful tile and a granite counter top. The built in shelving incorporates the coastal vibe and gives your more space for your personal items. The shower has a shower massage and there is a hair dryer provided for your use. You'll love the fluffy white towels, too.
