Hi Llona, We are happy you enjoyed your stay. We reached out during your stay but have not heard back. We could have helped or cleared up these things for you. We do only provide a starter pack of supplies as listed. There should have been two rolls of tp in each bathroom. We also leave out one towel and one washcloth per guest. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced regarding the power flickering and the hot tub. We immediately checked the electrical system after your concern, and after thorough inspection, we found no issues with the wiring or power. That said, we understand your concerns about safety, and we take such matters very seriously. We always prioritize our guests' well-being and would have been happy to send a technician out for a more detailed inspection if you had decided to stay longer. Regarding the hot tub, it is currently undergoing regular cleaning and maintenance to ensure it’s ready for future guests. We apologize if this was not clearly communicated during your stay. Again, we are truly sorry for any disruption to your stay and appreciate your feedback as we continue to improve the guest experience.
