Come make some memories at Escapes to the shores Unit 1102! This smaller efficiency unit has been completely updated. You will find new furnishing and nautical dƩcor. This unit is located on the 11th floor and has everything you will need for your beach getaway. Unit has one bedroom and one bath and a living area (PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS UNIT DOES NOT HAVE AN OCEAN VIEW OR A BALCONY AND HAS A $50/CAR PER STAY PARKING FEE). Although there is not an ocean view, it has beach access. Just take the elevator down the 11 floors and you are right on the beach. Or you can enjoy all the amenities that the complex has to offer.
Escape to Orange Beach 1102 can sleep up to 4 with a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
Orange Beach is a family friendly beachfront town. Escape to Orange Beach 1102 has beach access but not beach direct beach views. It is very close to dining, shopping and other beach activities. Escapes to the Shores is a lower density complex with only 100 units. So the beaches and pools are not overly crowded like other bigger resorts. Although it is a lower density building, it DOES NOT lack in amenities (see below). Escapes to the Shores is considered a luxury complex, due to its large square footage, high ceilings, enclosed hallways and top of the line amenities.

Upon arrival you will go to the third floor to receive up to 2 parking passes. Parking passes will be $50/car per stay and allow you to park in the covered parking garage.

Beach Supplies:
Included in the rental is a complimentary set of lounger chairs (2 chairs and 1 umbrella). This is projected to begin in March 2021. These are set aside for guest of 1102. Just ask the attendant your unit number and he will designate one for your use at no cost. This free service is available from Mid March-Mid October.
Beach Wagon for hauling all of your beach toys and supplies
Beach towels provided in the rental. These red and white striped beach towels are yours to use free with unit rental.

Property manager was very responsive and pleasant. Property is perfectly described as well as photos. My favorite feature is the full sized fridge and mini fridge. Also the property does not feel cluttered and you definitely have room to spread out. You will love staying here.

Perfect mother and daughter get away

We absolutely loved staying at the Escape. The room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. It is right on the beach and the room came with the luxury of having the two chairs and umbrella already set up on the beach. The sand is so white on Orange Beach. A Walmart is just a mile down the road if you need to grab any sunscreen or drinks. There are biking/walking lanes along the road which are great for walking to the the restaurants nearby. This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Orange Beach!

This property is amazing! We loved the location. The pools were fabulous! The option to use the beach chairs might be my favorite part. The condo was outfitted nicely with many extra touches such a beach towels, beach wagon, extra refrigerator, toaster, etc. Highly recommend!

Great spot

We enjoyed our stay. It was quite and comfortable. The condo inside and out was extremely clean. The bed is absolutely amazing!! I wish I knew what the mattress brand is. It had everything you need for your stay. The beach chairs is an absolute Plus!! I wish the weather would have been nicer to us on our stay but we will be back! Spring break!

The condo was amazing! The host was very helpful with all of my questions! The condo also came with 2 chairs and an umbrella on the beach! All we had to do was let the beach attendant know our room number and how long our stay was. I would recommend bringing extra blankets if you get cold! Other than that the condo was perfect! Would highly recommend!

Home Away From Home

My daughter & I took a week alone to do short beach getaway. Perfect for the two of us to have plenty of space to spread out. Clean, full-size bathroom & bedroom with a king bed which made it seem larger. We went to the stores nearby to grab some things for the fridge. The full-size laundry machines right outside the front door but still within our private area were convenient! J, the owner, was always a text away to answer any question. While we didnā€™t use all of the amenities this place offers, it has plenty. The close access to the beach was PERFECT for a place without an ocean view (which is stated & we knew). We would šŸ’Æ% stay here again. 5+ stars!

Gulf Shores stay

This was a better than expected stay. I've stayed at other condos, houses etc. before with an expectation of it being just like the pictures to only be disappointed. This was not the case. It was just like the pictures, it was clean fully stocked with all the necessary kitchens utensils and extra. It even came with it own beach chairs and wagon to tote them around in on the beach. I had to call Jami the owner when I arrived due to a small issue and he answered immediately and rsolved the issue and even followed up to ensure everything was good and no other issues. This place could sleep 4 comfortably. The wifi worked well. I would stay here again.

The room was perfect for what our party of two needed. Good entertainment options between DISH, streaming services, and a fast internet. Not a lot of excess room but you should be on the beach the whole day and out and about anyway! Very nice place to stay with absolutely no complaints!

Labor Day Weekend

We enjoyed it so much! It was perfect for our little family! The pools ar great, the chairs that come with the condo for the beach was awesome, and it was by far the best location! We canā€™t wait to stay again! Jami was so easy to deal with! 100% recommend!

Perfect for a short getaway

We decided last minute to end the summer with a quick beach trip. The condo was the perfect size for our small family. It was clean and well maintained. Checking in was a breeze! Our four year old loved the indoor and outdoor pools! Chair rental availability is ALWAYS a must for us so the fact that they were included was an added bonus! We will definitely consider staying again!
