The view rom the balcony over the ocean was beautiful. Wished there was a little more space to do laundry. Everything else was great.

The condo was exactly as described. It was clean and the high ceilings made it feel big. The views are unbelievable and make it worth every penny!

My family loves this property! The view is amazing from everywhere it’s just beautiful! The condo is clean and updated. The kitchen has all the basics if you decide to eat in. The hosts are easy to communicate with and very fast at responding. This was our second year staying here and plan to come back.

Incredible views and beach access. The mattresses seam to be on the older side. The patio furniture has aged and was a little scary to use. But overall really enjoyed the stay.

Gorgeous Oceanfront Condo

What’s not to love? Great location, great layout, great decor, and beautiful views! We’ve been to the OBX many times and this was by far our favorite property! The pictures don’t do it justice. Doesn’t get better than watching the sunrise from your bed each morning. Open concept in the kitchen/dining room/living room also have great views! Plenty of space for two adults and two teens. Short walk to the beach and loved that the lifeguard is right there when you walk on to the beach. Thanks for an easy check in and great stay, Cindy and Dave!

Beautiful condo on the beach

We absolutely loved our first visit to the Outer Banks and loved this property on the beach. The condo was beautiful and just as expected based on the pictures. Our tween & teen loved it just as much as we did. It was a great location too. Only draw back was having to provide linens and paper goods etc. having laundry in the condo was key since we didn’t have too much room for packing the extra towels and beach towels. And we were ok with the large amount of stairs but it was a lot so not recommended for anyone with any leg/hip issues.

Lovely Place But BYO Essentials

The hosts were lovely, and so is this oceanfront apartment, which is clean and comfortable. The deck, view, & beach access are wonderful, and so is the location for those who want the convenience of nearby stores & restaurants. My rating was only 4 stars based on lack of provided essentials, especially for the price, though my fault for not reading the fine print til after last-minute. Be aware, you must BYO sheets, towels, & paper products (plus shower soap & shampoo, etc.). Consider, if you have a long drive, whether you want to have to put your own sheets on before you can sleep.Also, pack so that you can carry what you bring via steps to the fourth floor (including multiple sets of bedding and bath basics). We've stayed at many VRBOs and this was a first to not to have essentials provided. We brought paper towels, toilet paper, & shower/beach towels (as the listing noted), but didn't think about hand towels and washcloths, shower soap, a blow dryer, etc. Again, the apartment and beach were wonderful, but the BYO was something we will plan around during our next short trip to OBX. It adds a lot of extra work for a long weekend away.

Stunning Condo

My sister and I had a wonderful time! Everything about this place is perfect. This is a beach front property with stunning views! It’s super close to everything! We felt very safe as well. This was probably our 5th time going and will continue to be our vacation spot for years to come! :-) Cindy and Dave are WONDERFUL! Thanks for letting us enjoy your property!

Great stay

Loved our stay here! The pictures don’t do this condo justice. Great location right on the beach, perfect for falling asleep to the sound of the waves. Only gave 4 stars due to the inconvenience of having to provide our own linens and towels. Another nice touch would have been to provide a hair dryer. But overall a great place and location!

Beautiful condo, lacking amenities

The condo itself is absolutely beautiful. It was clean & well-maintained. The views from the balcony were gorgeous. It is right on the beach, which we loved, & was within easy driving distance to a number of different restaurants & activities. There is a pool onsite, however, we didn't end up using it much. The downside was the lack of linens, towels & paper products. I must have missed that somewhere in the initial listing because I wasn't aware they wouldn't be there until we received our check-in code. We had flown in from MO, so I had to place an on-line order @ Target to buy sheets, towels & basic paper products. Not usually what you want to do @ the start of a vacation. Then we had to figure out a way to cram them into our luggage for our return trip or make the decision to leave them behind, after we had paid for them. Neither option is ideal. Not sure of the reason for not including these items, but this is the first time I've run into this with a VRBO. My suggestion would be to include these items in the future or make it very clear in the listing that they aren't there.
