Hidden Treasure is in the Davis Creek Channel on Norris Lake--The best water sports lake around! It is at the end of a quiet cove for the best swimming and hanging out on the dock without all that knocking around by boat traffic. Plenty of parking for cars and your boat trailers. Closest Marinas are Powell Valley, Flat Hollow, and Springs Dock.

Hidden Treasure offers a secluded and scenic setting, a spacious floor plan and private lakefront access just footsteps from your back door. Elegantly designed and meticulously crafted, this home offers an open floor plan with three levels, 9 bedrooms, 9 baths, sleeps 30 and has a private double decker dock with slide; Extra Large Kitchen & Dining; Hot Tub; Game Room. Main Floor
The main floor boasts vaulted ceilings with expansive windows for amazing views of the lake and mountains. A huge kitchen with duplicate appliances makes cooking for a crowd more manageable. There is plenty of space for everyone to gather and have meals together on the main level in the dining room that seats up to 28 and the adjoining covered deck that seats 12. Also the main level has a master bedroom with private bath, King bed and lakefront view. The second bedroom with a King bed is on the main level, as well as a full bath off the living room and a large deck overlooking the lake with an extra-large gas grill.
Middle Level
The middle level has a large living room with TV and foosball table and four bedrooms, three bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have king beds and have private bathrooms with Lake front views; and the third and fourth (one w/2 queen beds and one with King bed and Full bunks) share the full bath off the living room. A large deck off the living room on the middle level is a great place for getting away from it all.
The Lower Level
The Lower level has a large living room with TV, three more bedrooms and game room with a ping pong table. One bedroom has a king bed and a private bath. Another has a queen and a set of twin bunks with a private bath, and the third has a queen bed and private bath. Bonus Bedroom #10: there is another set of twin bunks and a twin fold out sofa and half bath in the living room of the lower level with a floor-to-ceiling privacy curtain. The hot tub is also on the lower level deck. Walk out to the private, Double Decker Dock with Slide!

If you like to Golf, there are several courses nearby such as Deerfield Resort. Great shopping and shows are just an hour and a half away at Pigeon Forge for a perfect day trip.
You can't go wrong taking a trip to Norris Lake. The lake is nestled in the Smoky Mountains and is very calm, clear, clean water that is great for swimming, boating and water sports.
October through April water levels are lower on Norris Lake because TVA drops the lake levels. The dock may need to be moved and not always accessible during those months depending on the lake level which is controlled by TVA.

HOUSE RULES:
The security deposit which is held by VRBO, will be used to cover any damages, missing items or extraordinary cleaning fees. We appreciate our guests and the fine care they give our homes during their stay and we rarely find the need charge damages to the security deposit.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-In begins at 3 p.m. and Check-Out is 10 a.m. No early check-ins or late check-outs during peak summer season or when the house is booked by another guest that day.
Housekeeping & Linens:
Bed linens (sheets, blankets, & quilt) are provided. Guests make up beds upon arrival. Please do not use the beds without the clean sheets provided. Bath towels are provided for in-house use only. Please do not take towels for use outside the home. You must bring your own beach/boating towels.
Supplies:
Your vacation home will have a starter roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms. You are responsible to bring toilet paper and other paper products during your stay. Plan to bring all supplies that are disposable or consumable that you will need. Including dish soap & tabs, trash bags, cleaning & laundry soaps, bath soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.
Noise Ordinance:
Be respectful of your neighbors! All outdoor noise after 11:00 PM should be kept to a minimum.
Parking:
Parking is plentiful at Hidden Treasure for cars and trailers.
Septic System: Please do NOT flush anything except toilet paper down the toilets. Any other products, facial tissues, paper towels, feminine protection of any type will clog the septic system. A clogged septic system becomes very uncomfortable fairly quickly for everyone in your party.
Trash Removal:
Do NOT Block Trash Cans. All trash must be bagged and placed in your trash cans outside your vacation home and tightly secure the lid. Full & tied trash bags will be picked up periodically throughout the week. You must bring your own trash bags.
Insects:
Though all of our vacation homes are sprayed regularly by a professional pest control company, ladybugs, wasps, and other insects sometimes visit the premises.
Hot Tubs:
It is important to note that certain health risks are associated with the use of a hot tub. It is the responsibility of the registered guest to inform anyone using the hot tub during their stay of the potential hazards. Prior to using hot tub, wash off all suntan lotion, clay, mud, gravel etc. from your person. Do not add water or chemicals to hot tub—contact guest coordinator if you feel this is needed. Beware, hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and will not support a person. DO NOT STAND OR SIT ON HOT TUB COVERS, they will break, possibly injuring someone, and you will be charged for its replacement. Keep covers closed while not in use. We will make every effort to ensure the hot tub is working properly, however, if it is temporarily out of order, renters are not entitled to a refund. Use Hot Tubs at your own Risk.
Pet Policy--NO Pets are allowed at Hidden Treasure and is reason for immediate eviction and cause forfeiture of the security deposit and the rental fee for the remainder of the trip.
Please remove dirty shoes before entering the home. The “Tennessee clay” is harmful to the floors.
No smoking of any kind and is reason for immediate eviction and causes forfeiture of the security deposit and/or entire rental fee.
Telephone & Internet Service—Electricity—Satellite TV:
Any interruption of electric or satellite service caused by weather or other reasons unforeseen by NLP, does not constitute grounds for a refund. Do not disconnect or rearrange any wiring to or from the TV.
Gas grills and LP gas are provided for your use. Please clean off the grill and put the cover down if there is one to keep the grill in good working order, and empty the grease pan after every use to prevent overflow onto the deck.
Furniture:
Do not rearrange furniture in the home. Most damage occurs during moving things around. Do not take inside furniture outside or bring outside furniture inside.
Fireworks are not permitted in or around any rental homes.
Locked closets, cabinets and dock storage are for owners use only.
Maintenance:
NLP and the property owners do everything possible to keep all equipment in good working order. However, it is impossible to guarantee that all appliances, hot tubs, hot water heaters, etc. will be working 100% of the time. We do strive to correct deficiencies as soon as possible. Do not attempt to fix anything yourself, however, please take reasonable action to secure the problem as not to incur any more unnecessary damage.
Air Conditioning:
Setting the thermostat below 70 degrees does not cool the house quicker and tends to freeze up the unit preventing the air conditioning from working at all for a day or two.
Refrigerator:
Please be patient when expecting the refrigerator to have everything cold that you bring. It can take up to 24 hours for the refrigerator to recover from being filled.
