This beautiful 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home features a private pool/spa with waterfall and stone surround. The entrance includes a wraparound wide front porch with rocking chairs and a bed swing. The screened in porch overlooks the pool and large backyard with dining for 6 around round table. An outdoor deck provides a nice gas grill also overlooking the pool. Only a short 2 blocks/2 minute walk to the beach. Included with rental are 5 bicycles and access to the many outdoor/beach toys found in lower area.
Available for additional fee is a 4 person golf cart.

The house was perfect for our stay and the pool was amazing. The location was very close to the beach as well as a block away from a park with a fantastic playground. The drive to Patriots Point and downtown historic Charleston is a breeze from here. I would definitely return if we were to return to the IOP/Charleston area

18 30th Isle of Palms

Pool, hot tub and a 5 minute walk to the beach. House was great and the owner checks in on you to make sure everything is going well. Would highly recommend this house for a nice vacation.

Beautiful home with great location

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. We loved the proximity to the beach (short walk or golf cart ride) and the pool. Bill was very accommodating and made sure our stay was great. We will definitely try to rent this house again if we make it back to the area.

Great property on IOP

We were six people staying at the house. The kitchen and public rooms were nice for gathering. The home is excellently stocked. The pool was wonderful. Would love to stay here again.

Family getaway

Our second time staying here! Great location as it’s a short cart or walk from ocean while off the main road. Inground pool is a nice amenity and keeps the kids occupied while we’re at the house. Spacious accommodations inside and open downstairs floor plan between kitchen dining and living areas.

Great rental!

Perfect rental home for a family vacation. Close to beach and community park. Clean with many amenities (pool, jacuzzi, golf cart, bikes, and more). Detailed communication from property owner. We would definitely rent again.

Great Week at the Beach

We throughly enjoyed our stay in the Isle of Palms. The host Bill was a pleasure to work with and was quite helpful with us and our guests. We were and quick walk to the beautiful beach and loved having a pool on site. The house was very well appointed and well taken care of. We hope to be back soon!

Great home

We enjoyed our stay. The pool really added to our vacation. We used the pool everyday. The house is less than 2 blocks to the beach, but we spent all of our time at the pool. Nice amenities throughout the house.

Wonderful vacation

The home was lovely, spacious and homey. Our family of ten had a great time and everyone had plenty of space. The pool and hot tub were awesome and we liked taking the golf cart around the neighborhood. The kitchen had everything we needed. 10 out of 10!

Spring break vacay

The house is nice and equipped! The owner, Bill makes sure you have you everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Plenty of room and great backyard. The location is great! A quick walk down the street right to the ocean. We would definitely stay there in the future. Bill was great to work with.

Annual Family Vacation

This was our third year at this property and probably wont be our last! The house is awesome and supplies all we need! The pool is wonderful and is my personal favorite part! We had an absolutely amazing stay at this vacation home! The house was spotless and well-stocked with everything we needed. The pool quickly became everyone’s favorite hangout—it was perfect for relaxing and spending time together as a family. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach and right near the pickleball courts, which we loved.A special thank you to the owner, Bill, who truly went out of his way to make sure our trip was perfect. Fantastic Family Spot

We were in town for a baseball tournament at Shipyard Park. The house was only about a 20-25min drive to the fields, which was great. We got baseball and the beach all in one vacation! We had grandparents plus a family of 6 and we had plenty of room! Everything was super clean and looked updated. The pool was great for the kids (all of us really!!). We were close to the grocery store too. The house was gorgeous and had a lot of the things we needed for the beach which saved us from having to pack it all! Would highly recommend this home!!

Lovely comfortable home

Our family enjoys a summer vacation together each year and this home was perfect! The children are small so the pool was nice and they enjoyed rides on the golf cart. Charleston is beautiful with rich history. We had wondered seafood and everyone we met was charming and friendly. We highly recommend this home for a great family vacation. Tammy

2nd visit

This house has all the amenities that we needed for our visit. We were two blocks from the beach and the golf cart made it even easier to get to the beach. We used the pool and the screened porch as well as the rocking chairs in the front. Staying at this house made our trip perfect.

We enjoyed every minute of our 8 day stay, The boys enjoyed the pool as much as the ocean, Home was very comfortable, Everyone had their own space. Super stocked kitchen,. The wraparound porch was a plus. Family wants to come back next year. Our rating would be an A-l.

Location is great. Easy access to the beach. Recreation center is a short walk. Excellent facilities

Great layout. Needs paint and cleaning. Bikes and toys are worn out. We brought our own beach stuff and bikes. Pool is nice. Furniture and lounge areas need work and upgrades. Area under house and around pool flooded when it rains. Hard to keep stuff clean.

Pool, Beach, Golf Carts, what more would you want?

Property was wonderful. 2 families stayed with plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen was STOCKED, we like to cook and did not need to buy anything, all pots/pans were there. Beds were comfortable, lots of soft blankets around. Importantly, the owner was incredibly responsive, as we had a couple of questions about the pool early in our stay, which were answered right away. Even though his daughter got married the same day, he still called and walked me through the instructions! Pool and hot tub were AWESOME (definitely pay extra to warm the pool - esp in the spring, it was glorious). The owner was very accomodating, our flight was later, and he gave us a later checkout. It was great. We HIGHLY recommend this house!

Location, Location, Location

Did I mention location? This home is located just a few short blocks north of the Isle of Palms Connector’s link to the island, near downtown, near the main grocery store for the island, near a sizable public park, near the Isle of Palms Marina, and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. This time is shortened by use of the 4 person golf cart. This island is linked to Sullivan’s Island by bridge for a short drive to historical Fort Moultrie which is operated by the National Park Service and has plenty of parking with a nice pier with free fishing and crabbing. The home is nicely appointed with lots of kitchen supplies to support any cooking you might do. The owner is easy to contact by texting and is super cooperative.

Great Stay

This property is in a great location and is exactly as we expected it to be. The pool is great, the beach is very close by, the golf cart made things very convenient, and the amenities all met the needs of our multigenerational vacation. In addition, Bill responded right away when I reached out to him. Although I didn't find much reason to reach out during the trip as we did not really have any major issues at all. The only item I would note that I wish I knew ahead of time is that the hot tub and pool are connected in a way that if you want to use the hot tub at normal hot tub temps then it will heat up the pool as well, which means limiting how much you use the hot tub or making sure to shut it down asap when you're done so the pool doesn't get too warm in hot weather. I'd imagine this is only a concern during the warmest parts of summer. Don't let this deter you though, especially since usually the pool is all automatically controlled and nothing you have to worry about.I would highly recommend this as an option for a beach vacation.
