Beautiful home in Wild Dunes with a private pool and close beach access

Beautifully decorated home in Wild Dunes at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Private pool, cheerful beach decor, and great open floor plan! Other key features include: spacious dining room with a table that seats 8, gas grill, ceiling fans, deck, screened in porch, hot and cold outdoor shower, a changing room downstairs and very easy beach access!

This home is single-level with minimal stairs to the main entry. There are stairs leading to the pool area as well as a walkway from the driveway, for easy access to the backyard and pool area. The pool area also features a pool side shower so you can rise off after a day at the beach or pool.

The dining room and kitchen offer several different spaces for the family to gather, so there's plenty of room to sit, play games and enjoy a meal together! This home's kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools, stainless steel appliances, a large farmhouse sink, as well as both a Keurig and standard coffee maker.

This home has complimentary YouTube TV and wireless high-speed internet. All bed linens, towels and starter kit/ toiletries are included. 1 towel set per person is provided. Beach towels and beach chairs are not provided but are available through local Beach Chair and Umbrella Rentals. **** Starter kits/toiletries include small dish soap, small dishwasher detergent, 1-2 kitchen trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels, TP in each bathroom, starter size shampoo, conditioner, lotion, cleansing bar. Keurig Coffee Maker provided.
Please no smoking or pets allowed.

Pool may be heated for $200 flat fee per week. A 2 week advance notice is needed for pool heating. Please note that the pool heater is a heat pump and will only work if air temp is above 55 degrees. If temperatures drop below 55 degrees the pool will struggle to keep warm. (Please inquire about Pool heating before booking)
Motor homes, trailers, boats, golf carts, and motorcycles are not allowed within the gates of Wild Dunes.
Fireplace is not for guest use. There is secondary driveway from Palm Blvd but this is gated next to the house to prevent entry into Wild Dunes, but does provide additional parking space. Wild Dunes is a gated resort you must enter through the main gate to drive through Wild Dunes.
