The property is located in Little Bay in close proximity to Negril's famous 7-mile beach strip. Charming, relaxing, this intimate 2 bedroom townhouse is within a secure gated community, (Little Bay Country Club) with a private beach.

The townhouse is air conditioned has its own parking, garden, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms and a living and dining room. The complex has beautifully landscaped grounds, a basketball ring, tennis court, an infinity edge pool, friendly efficient staff and is professionally managed.

We are in close proximity to restaurants, nightlife, golf course and water sports. Tours can be arranged to the famous Dunn's River Falls, YS Falls, Appleton Rum Tour and Black River Safari. Also do not miss out on the beautiful Negril sunset at Rick's Cafe.

Airport pick up from Montego Bay can be arranged on request.

The home was more beautiful in person. The checkin process was easy. The house manager was here to greet us upon arrival and walked us around the whole property. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to family and friends. The community was very safe.

Great experience with a last second booking. Property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Kitchen was pretty well stocked. Mattresses extremely comfortable.

Cozy, clean, and comfortable

We loved the location and community. This place really has hot water. It was clean and Bud was very nice, but really didn't need her for anything. I would definitely recommend this place.

It looked just like the picture. Everything was fine. The kitchen was stocked with breakfast foods and beverage. Quiet gated neighborhood and the pool was never crowded just like I prefer. I would stay there again

Great stay at Cosy Getaway

We had a wonderful time staying at Cosy Getaway. Check in was a breeze. We arrived to a nice clean villa, and were greeted by the housekeeper Bud who gave us a quick tour. The place was well stocked and even had some cold Red Stripe and water waiting for us in the fridge. A very nice touch, thank you for that. The villa is in a great, quiet spot that is very nicely landscaped and has a very nice backyard. It is also very close to the tennis courts which we had fun using a couple times, and a short walk to the lovely beach and pool where we spent most of our time. We had a great, relaxing time and would love to return someday. And the owner was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with throughout. She was very understanding and accommodating when had to make changes to our booking due to Covid, and we greatly appreciate that. We had a great stay, and would love to return.

This place just amazing. From check in to checkout. Ms Bud was so warm and wonderful. A friend for life. It was just like the pictures. Plenty of space wonder pool an cozy beach. I canā€™t wait to stay there again. I had brought things that I thought I would need but the ameties were there. All I can say is donā€™t pass this Vrob up. Wonderful stay all around

Dream Home in Beautiful Gated Community - Can't Recommend Enough!!

I don't have enough time to write about how amazing this home is and could go on FOREVER! First of all, the community itself is absolutely stunning. It's quiet, gated, the staff is incredibly kind, and you have the beach and a massive beautiful resort style pool just a 3 minute walk down the block. It is so incredible convenient to be able to jump out of bed and head down to the beach without having to even get on the road. The location is perfect as well. Little Bay is just about 5-7 minutes to Negril, and if you don't have a car route taxi's are always zipping by if you walk up to the main gate. I was there for 3 months and never had an issue getting into Negril or Orange Bay via route taxi (and they are only $150 JMD!) If you need to hit a grocery store, you have 2 options in Orange bay and then of course can head the other direction to Negril for a handful of options as well. The house itself was absolutely dreamy. The breeze that comes through the windows cools the entire home. Everything was sparkling clean when we arrived and anything you could need is available to you. Because we were there during lockdowns and Covid we cooked 99% of our meals at home and the kitchen was perfectly appointed and had everything we needed. The beds are super comfortable, AC freezing cold, and water in the shower and beautiful big bathtub piping hot. Denise gave us her house manager Bud's information to me before our arrival. Bud was incredible! She was kind, always quick to respond to any questions I had, and would shoot over messages to check in on us regularly! I have stayed at many rentals in Jamaica where I was unable to get questions answered quickly and that was NOT the case here. Bud solved any problem I had within minutes. I couldn't have been happier with the service we received. If you are considering renting this property do yourself a favor and GO FOR IT! You will not regret. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation to the beautiful West Coast of Jamaica!

Fantastic Property!!

Beautiful spacious townhouse in a very well kept neighborhood. Townhouse was equipped with everything we needed for our stay and lots of thoughtful extras like tennis rackets. The pool area is gorgeous and the private beach is absolutely beautiful and a wonderful spot to watch the breathtaking Negril sunsets! Need a car or taxi to get into the town of Negril but a great spot if you like to stay outside of typical tourist accommodations. We will definitely stay here again. Loved it!!!

Walking distance to beach

This place is spacious, clean and safe. We were about 2.5 blocks from the beach. Property manager was available on WhatsApp as needed and responsive. No washer was there just a dryer? We were unable to use the tub due to low water pressure. We loved the beach and pool!

Fun in the sun

I stayed here with my family and we will definitely be back! The house was lovely- just like the pictures, very clean, AC in bedrooms, TV and fast WiFi. We felt very at home and comfortable. The area is nice and peaceful and there's a little private country club with a lovely pool looking onto the little beach. If you want a relaxing, quiet home away from home in the sun, then this is the place to stay. We didn't want to be amongst the hustle and bustle of a resort so this was ideal. Denise was very helpful and responded quickly, she left us in the capable hands of Nicola (the property manager)- a very lovely woman that ensured that we had settled in okay and was on hand if we needed her. We will definitely be back again, looking forward to our next trip! Thanks again to Denise and Nicola!
