"Tijuana" has a large balcony that overlooks the Isla Mujeres Centro downtown plaza. All the colorful pageants, fiestas, operas and wonderful daily goings on are in full view from your villa.

Villas San Miguel are convenient to everything. The grocery store, medical services, restaurants,street cafes, grand iglesia plus shopping are all right there. The downtown square is where all the vibrant festivities of Mexican life occur. Music and art festivals ranging from opera to Caribbean jazz. It all goes on here.

The most popular beaches in Mexico are less than a five minute stroll away.

Excellent location

Easy walkable access from ferry. Close to beach and town centre. Quiet neighbourhood. Little grocery store across the street was open early and had everything we need for out 5 day stay.

Nice place close to everything

The place named Tijuana is 1 bedroom apartment on a second floor. There's two smallish pools on both floors. It's 5 minutes walk from the ferry and about the same to anything one might need.

An Excellent choice!

The property was exactly as advertised! Our villa was very clean, well maintained and nicely equipped! We enjoyed the pool and the beautiful ocean views from the pool deck. Would highly recommend Villas San Miguel!

Excellent location

We stayed in Tijuana. Excellent location, clean, well maintained property & unit. I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony with coffee in the morning taking in the activity in the square. Be prepared for stairs (24 some steep) from street level.

This property is close to everything - the ferry, grocery store, main square, Hidalgo, and playa Centro. The rooms are comfortable, safe, and make you feel like you're at home away from home. Keith, the owner is responsive and answers questions in a timely manner. The staff is friendly and attentive. You really couldn't ask for more in a vacation rental.

Wonderful Trip

We loved our individual villa and the location of the Villas San Miguel on Isla. We could walk to the grocery store and great restaurants!! Also, so close to the most beautiful beach on the north side. Our villa was clean and so were both pool areas. We will definitely be back!!!

Clean cute villa in great location

This was perfect for my stay. It was in a quieter area but nothing was more than 10 minutes walking distance. I felt very safe as a woman walking around alone, even at night. Street can be a little noisy but mostly dies down by 10 and soundproofing is good

Perfect stay in Isla!

5 stars all the way around for this beautiful property with easy access to everything North Beach. Just a short walk from the ferry straight to the room with a gorgeous ocean view. The room was massive with all the amenities you could possibly want. Everything was very clean and so well decorated. Really like a home away from home. The plunge pools were so refreshing after a day of exploring the island. We will definitely be staying here again on our return trip to the island!

Great Stay

Our San Miguel Villa was immaculately maintained and well furnished. The king bed was extremely comfortable. Location was ideal on the Malecon, steps away from Centro/Hildalgo, and just a five minute walk to Playa Norte. Just steps away was the Central Plaza and large grocery store. My wife and I have visited Isla Mujeres a number of times and this was our favorite stay of all, both accommodation and location wise. We highly recommend San Miguel Villas.comfortable.Locationwas ideal

Loved our trip to Isla. This property exceeded expectations and we really enjoyed the stay. Exceptionally clean, Saltillo tile throughout , and nice patio, enjoyed coffee while watching over the plaza activities. Website represents property well. As soon as we walked into our villa we felt like we were at home. Very clean and cozy. All the amenities you would need if you were home. Liked that they had dispense drinking water. The pool and views were awesome.

Amazing place!

The location is close to everything we wanted. The rooms were beautifully done with attention to detail. The kitchen was nicely equipped and staff members were friendly. Loved being about to watch the sunrise just a few steps away. My only regrets were that I didn't book one of the rooms with an ocean view and that we couldn't stay longer. We've stayed several different places, but this was my favorite!

Perfect location and friendly attentive staff!

This is my second time staying at Villa San Miguel and I truly love the property. The rooms are spacious, clean, well maintained and steps from a relaxing pool for a spur of the moment dip. The views are magnificent off the back of the property while the front allows for a great view of the plaza and people watching. Less than a five minute walk to the beaches, shops and restaurants…just a block or so away from all the noise when you want to sleep, and close enough to be in the middle of all the excitement in minutes. Fresh fluffy towels provided for your showers AND the beach makes this an amazing stay!!

We really enjoyed Villa Tijauna! The location was so great! Convenient, very well lit & safe! Able to walk everywhere. Plaza view was nice, enjoyed the church music across the street. Grocery store very close. Boardwalk and sunrise right behind our building! Excellent choice of shopping and restaurants very close by! We were happy to have the private parking for our golf cart! Great communication with host and housekeeping came in every other day, which was perfect for us. Would stay again!

We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay!

We arrived at Villas San Miguel on the last ferry of a Saturday night. Keith's directions couldn't have been clearer, and our arrival at "Tijuana" was seamless. We were able to hear the sounds of the sea from our place, and what was particularly enjoyable was the church music wafting from the nearby church as we enjoyed our coffee on the balcony. The unit was well equipped with all the necessities, and I am hoping to return. The pools at the Villas are beautiful, and we were also a short walk to the North Beach. Thank you, Keith, for being such a good host!

Great stay for my lil family.

The villa had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, kitchen essentials, and the location was great too! Would def recommend for others to stay and do so myself if we were in Isla Mujeres again. One small comment is that it was confirmed that they had a crib / pack n play for our child to sleep in at booking. However, it was not there nor avail. Thankfully, we did bring one last minute due to a previous location not having one so we had a back up plan. Thank you!

Vacation dentistry in Cancun / Isle Mujeres

Went to Cancun to get some dental work done and stayed at the VRBO. The location is perfect within walking distance of everything you want and need. I was pleasantly surprised that they freshened up the room every couple days. If i have one minor issue would be the light from the square entering the bedroom at night. I would suggest a different curtain to block light coming in. The room was clean and people friendly. Highly recommend it
