Villa "Acapulco" is less than twenty steps from the seaside walkway which runs alongside the spectacularly beautiful waters of the Mexican Caribbean. This villa has a very spacious interior (750 sq. ft.) with the bedroom opening into the courtyard/pool area.

Villas San Miguel are convenient to everything. The grocery store, medical services, restaurants,street cafes, grand iglesia plus shopping are all right there. The downtown square is where all the vibrant festivities of Mexican life occur. Music and art festivals ranging from opera to Caribbean jazz. It all goes on here.

The most popular beaches in Mexico are less than a five minute stroll away.

Paradise on the Gulf of Mexico!

Beautiful place! Clean, safe and a great location to the beach and main shopping/restaurant area. Staff always onsite and friendly. We would totally stay here again!

Great place to stay

Great place to stay, very clean, great location and excellent service. Cleaning was done every two days and fresh water provided. We will definitely stay at this location again.

The property management and employees were very professional and accommodating! The property itself was very nice and was literally at the edge of the Caribbean Sea! Isla Mujeres is a sight to behold! We will be back!!

Perfect place for a getaway

Loved our stay at Villas San Miguel! Easy to walk to N. Beach and into town (although we used a golf cart rented from directly next store much of the time)! Really nice familes staying in other units with kids so fun for our 6-year-old to have swim buddies at the 2 pools. Property is impeccably maintained. Quiet at night and AC worked well which was important in July on the island! Plenty of clean towels, kitchen stocked for meals, check was amazingly easy, keys waiting for us. Overall, we loved this spot, will come back for sure!

Great location

The Villa was nice and in a great location for walking to everything. It was clean and check in was easy. There is a place to rent a golf cart right next door which is nice if you want to get around the entire island. My only complaint is that we reported the microwave was broken and nobody ever came to fix it. Also we only saw the maids when we tracked them down to request more towels which wasn’t that big of a deal to us. We would visit again.

Great Place!

Exceptional value for the money. Very clean, nicely furnished and well appointed. Comfortable bed with plenty of great linens and towels. Easy walk to beach, restaurants and shops. Air conditioning worked perfect, and the shower had lots of hot water and pressure. Super plunge pools that were almost 5' deep and relatively warm surrounded by plenty of deck chairs and umbrellas. Don't hesitate to book at this property! Golf cart rental next store was convenient and reasonably priced. Be sure to visit La k'eeck, Miguels Moonlight and Tacos Milo's. You won't be disappointed.

An authentic taste of Mexico

This is a very special place! Ideally located on the north end just minutes from the fabulous sand beach yet away from the crowds. Staff were so friendly and responsive to all our questions. The apartment was clean and beautifully appointed with authentic Mexican art. Good shower with plenty of hot water. Wonderful choice of two swimming pools- upper and lower levels. We walked every morning along the malecon which is right outside the door and runs along the ocean. It was so nice to come into the cool unit with beautiful Spanish tiled floors and relax after a hot day at the beach. Will definitely return!

Even better than expected!

I cannot wait to stay here again one day … it was even better than expected! -There is an A/C unit in both the living area and the master bedroom -The king size master bed was BEYOND comfortable -The unit is on ground level and the first unit next to the parking lot with just a handful of steps to get in -The bathroom is very spacious and the shower has amazing water pressure. They supplied over the normal amount of towels, hand towels, and wash clothes along with plenty of toilet paper -Being able to just step out of your unit and basically straight into the pool was outstanding, including they supplied 4 very nice pool towels -They supplied coffee, coffee filters, sugar, and cream packets -They supplied dish soap, dish rags, and dish towels as well as a roll of paper towels -The unit was beautifully decorated in traditional casita fashion. And although we never met the owner, Keith, as we made our way through the island, we heard SO MANY good things about him no matter where we went. Villas San Miguel is made up of about 8 or so units, two pools, and steps away from a walkway that leads to just a short walk to Playa Norte. The Villas would be a perfect place for a large group to all be together, yet also have their own space at the same time.

Fabulous place and location

Close walking distance to everything you could need on Isla Mujeres. We only had one issue and management fixed it quickly. We received more cleaning than we expected. We were supplied well. Management and housekeeping were very friendly and helpful. There is nothing we can criticize. We already decided we will come back to the same place next time.

Spring Break Stay

We loved the location and the ease of this stay. The proximity to Centro and the ocean were prefect. It was a 10 minute walk to the beach to sunbathe and swim, but that was just fine! The villa had everything that we needed for our stay and we really appreciated the space and all of the amenities. The only down side was the traffic noise at night if you are sleeping in the living room area. Our 2 kids, 6 and 9, were so worn out from our days of activities that they didn't mind the noise of the cars and motor scooters so much. If you're sleeping in the bedroom, it's much quieter. Also, this particular unit does not have an immediate view of the ocean. You either are viewing the street side side out the south side windows, or you are viewing the pool courtyard from the bedroom windows. You can easily walk through the pool courtyard to the ocean walkway though. Not a deal breaker for us, but it was maybe a little surprising that it wasn't mentioned in the listing.

Great location for walking, etc.

Quiet, other than road noise(but not excessive being a busy road). Very clean, easy and friendly. Didn’t use the pools as it was too cold but looked inviting. We would come back.

A lovely gem in paradise

The condo is very clean and so tastefully decorated . We loved the upper level pool and looking out over the ocean . Everything is just steps away . I highly recommended making Villas San Miguel a part of your vacation

Clean and secure, excellent house keeping staff. Very friendly and helpful. Great location if you like the hustle and and bustle of the downtown area. Lots of food options within a few minutes walk. 15 minutes by golf cart to the south end of the island.

Our Isla Vacay

Property was great, location was perfect, (right on the beach) to access the whole Island, The noise from the constant traffic did drown out any ocean noises :(
