Welcome to Beauty and the Beach! This fantastic 3 bedroom with bonus loft, 2.5 bath home is a cozy family retreat on Folly Beach. The owners have spared no expense from the luxurious bedding to high-end appliances and lots of electronics from the living room TV to the game room. Only a short, 2.5 block walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach! An ideal location to the best activities Folly Beach has to offer, as well as only 25 minutes to downtown Charleston. This spacious 2600 sq ft home will be a vacation destination you'll want to return to year after year. Pet friendly with fee, maximum 2 pets (dogs only allowed).

First floor includes the kitchen with everything you need to prepare favorite family meals. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, serveware, utensils, small and large high-end appliances, along with granite counter tops. Breakfast bar along with custom dining room table provide ample seating for the entire family. The other half of the first floor includes brand-new couches perfect for relaxing and watching the Hi-Def 60 inch flat-screen TV. The house is conveniently equipped with HBO, Stars and all the sport packages the life-long fan will crave. The sitting room located off of the living room has an awesome over sized chess set sure to entertain the board gamers for hours on the rainy day. First floor is finished off with one half-bath and front-loading washer/dryer.

The second floor has all three bedrooms. The master-suite has a king-size bed, flat screen TV and walk-in closet. New bedding throughout the home will allow you to truly enjoy your vacation and get the relaxing time you deserve. Master-suite has a master bath with walk-in shower, over-sized tub and separate powder vanity with plenty of space to get ready for a night on the town. The other two bedrooms on the floor have queen size beds and share full bath in the hall with shower/tub combo.

The third floor loft and bonus sleeping area will be all about the kids in the family, both young and old. Loft has been completely redone and has new carpet and paint. Two queen size beds grace one side of the top floor, while a fun entertainment area completes the other side of the loft with a flat-screen TV, bean bags, and couch that provides countless hours of enjoyment once the sun goes down.

The exterior includes a wrap-around porch and fully screened in porch on the back of the house. Screen porch has comfortable furniture and will be one of the favorite hang-out spots at the residence. Gas grill is conveniently located on the back porch. Folly's tropical setting flows into the yard as it is filled with citrus trees producing fresh limes and fruits. Two car garage under the house provides ample parking, while also providing space to store all your beach toys and equipment. Two separate outdoor showers with hot and cold water are a great spot to rinse off after a long day on the beach.

House is equipped with Wi-Fi and Direct TV on all three flat-screens. Check-in is at 4:00pm, check-out is at 10:00am. Pet friendly with fee of $125 per pet, plus tax. Maximum 2 pets, dogs only allowed. Sorry but we do not allow smoking at the property or anywhere near the property. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. Absolutely NO house parties, youth groups, fraternities, sororities, bachelor/bachelorette parties, etc. allowed in the home. Property is in a residential neighborhood with a noise ordinance.

**HOUSE SUPPLIES**
This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.

Rented the house to stay for our daughterā€™s wedding in Charleston. Great neighborhood, close to beach, plenty of space. House is showing its age a little but has a very well stocked kitchen and nice outdoor spaces. Would recommend adding some additional rolls of paper towels, toilet paper and a starter kit of laundry detergent for convenience. Counter top pellet ice maker and large capacity coffee maker were nice touches.

Perfect for family beach vacation

Great location near the beach and easy quick walk to downtown Folly Beach! Plenty of room for a couple families and we had kids ranging from 4 up to teenagers. Very clean and comfortable and the screened in porch was great to keep the mosquitos away. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great weekend getaway at this house. The house was very clean and had everything you could need from plenty of towels to a fully stocked kitchen. The location was perfect. A short walk to the beach and an easy walk to the restaurants on Center street. The owners were very friendly and accessible. We would absolutely stay here again!

Thanksgiving at Folly Beach

The house is a perfect house for Thanksgiving at the beach. Our dogs loved it. We had quick access to the beach and loved watching the sunrise and sunset every day. We were close to town and walked to get coffee, shop and get lunch. It was the perfect house. The management team was great.

Perfect Folly Beach getaway

We had a great stay in Folly Beach! The house is as pictured and was roomy enough for 10 adults. The kitchen is stocked with lots of dishes, cups, and pots/pans for cooking. A short >5 minute walk brings you right to the beach, and the neighborhood itself was quiet and lovely. The hosts were super responsive and accommodating. Would love to visit again in the future.

Close to Everything

We really loved our stay at this beautiful beach home. The layout of the house was perfect for us as the upstairs suite with 2 queen beds and a media area gave us the perfect place for the kids, leaving the downstairs for the adults. Being walking distance to all the restaurants and shopping was also a huge plus. We didn't have to drive except when we went into downtown Charleston! Top notch decor and great TV's.

Fun at Folly

Great house for 8-10 people. Kitchen has everything you need. Screened in back porch and out old showers a nice plus. Nice front porch for more relaxing. Lovely bedrooms and baths. Close to eveything. MUCH closer to beach than we expected using the path. Close enough to town to walk!

Amazing stay at Folly Beach

We stayed here with two families of 4 (teens + adults) and the house was a perfect size for our group. It was well-equipped and very comfortable. A quick 5 min walk to the beach or into town, so location was great. Love strolling the beach every morning and evening and we rented two golf carts, which was a perfect way to get around the island. Had one small problem with a blown fuse and the property managers took care of it quickly. We will definitley be back!!

Loved everything about this house and the location will stay here again. Only issue was we had to buy our own toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and laundry detergent.Other VRBO's that we have stayed in had a supply of items. Other than that it was amazing. Next time I will be a little more prepared and will ask more questions.

Perfect place for our family

We were very pleased with this beach house. It was very tastefully decorated, clean and spacious enough to nicely accommodate everyone in our family. The upstairs "rec room" with two queen beds was perfect for our teenagers to hang out and spend the night. The house is conveniently located with a 5 minute walk to the beach. The street is quiet and feels very safe. Every morning, we enjoyed sitting on the large front porch which has four new rocking chairs. If our group is the same size for next year's trip to Folly, we plan to book this rental again!
