Wonderful home, comfortable beds ,lots of space for everyone, loved having beach towels and chairs available for use, screen porch was a great place to gather in the evening.

We had a wonderful week at Turtle Watch with our friends and family. The house is gorgeous and had plenty of room for our 10 guests. The house was very clean, extremely well stocked, and very organized… we really didn’t have to bring anything! The screened in back porch was our favorite place to hang out. It was a short 10 minute walk to downtown Folly Beach. We loved being able to walk right out to the beach on our own private deck. The host communicated very well and made sure we had a great trip. We can’t wait to stay here again!

What a great house! We had a wonderful week at Folly and this house was perfect. It has everything we needed. Love the decks and view — and the central location. Hope to come again!

A truly wonderful beachfront house that has everything you need for a great stay. The kitchen is well stocked. Beach supplies are well stocked -- towels, chairs, toys, skim boards, etc., etc. The beds are comfortable. The house was spotless. We had a 9-month-old baby with us, and Turtle Watch had everything we needed for him too! A great place in a great location, and we would be happy to stay again. Now a little about the owner. Unfortunately for her and us, one of the two AC units went out during our stay. I can't say enough about how Melanie handled this situation. She was on top of it from the start and did everything in her power to make us comfortable. She was in constant contact and worked her tail off to minimize the disruption to our vacation and to get the AC working again. It's not good for anyone when these kinds of things happen, but we couldn't have asked Melanie to do more. We are very pleased with our stay and Melanie's handling of an unfortunate incident. Good to know when you're renting that you have an owner who cares and is truly invested. Thank you Melanie!

It was a very nice place. Lovely location super close to folly beach strip, well cared for and all the amenities one needs for the beach. Host wss very helpful and resourceful. Highly recommended.

Beautiful home, with incredible views of the ocean. The beds were so comfortable and everyone commented how well they slept. Best vacation, and so easy to get to Charleston. Owner was very responsive. Everything you need for the beach is provided for you. The location is close to everything. The screened in porch provided lovely breezes, and ocean views without direct sun, or bugs. We were visited by a beautiful deer and a few little lizards. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Turtle Watch at Folly Beach! The location was perfect — right on the beach with amazing views and easy access to everything. The condo was exceptionally clean when we arrived and was very well stocked with everything our group needed for the week.Our party consisted of 3 couples in our 50s and 60s, and the layout worked great for us. The beds were comfortable, the living areas were spacious, and we really appreciated how organized and maintained everything was. It truly felt relaxing and welcoming from the moment we checked in.We would absolutely stay at Turtle Watch again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable beachfront getaway at Folly Beach!

Thank you for leaving this review... but not sure why you gave us 4 stars. So disappointing! It could only be because we charge you a damage deposit, discounted at that, for leaving large white stains all over our composite deck that we cannot get out. I'm sorry you felt we deserved 1 less star for your damages.

Very nice , comfortable beds, nice layout for large group, great location!

Enjoyed our stay, close to town, house was great, loved the porch hammock, outdoor shower , used gas grill a couple a times was great, would love to stay again.

Thank you so much for the 5 star review. You mentioned all the items we felt make a vacation so much better and more upscale, especially the note on the "comfortable beds". We do have new GOOD real beds for every bed in the house. That is so important! You were outstanding tenants and for that we say Thank YOU!

Excellent Vacation Home

Excellent Vacation and Melanie the homeowner is wonderful to work with. We had a great time! This is our 3rd time at this vacation home and we will be back:)

Very nice house, very well equipped. We enjoyed the boardgames and puzzles and skimboards. The kitchen had great tableware and in high enough counts to get us easily through 2 meals, which was great. It also is well equipped in general, allowing for great cooking. The host was very responsive and answered any questions in an impressively short time. The beach views are gorgeous. We really enjoyed our stay!
