It is located less than10 minutes from tubing at the 'Horseshoe' on the Guadalupe River or live music at Whitewater Amphitheater; about 20 minutes from Wimberley and close to many Hill Country wineries, breweries, distilleries, and restaurants; 30 minutes to outlet shopping and nightlife in San Marcos; and 30 minutes to Gruene, Schlitterbahn, and New Braunfels.

Views from inside - The main level open floor plan comes with lots of windows which allows for a fantastic lake view from the living room, dining room and kitchen. The 2nd floor has a master bedroom with view, a guest bedroom with view, and a large family guest bunk room.

Fun outside during the day and into the evening - The back patio and deck are furnished with comfortable patio furniture, outdoor dining set, propane fire pit, and a grill. Take the stairs to the lower limestone paved patio and enjoy the pergola and picnic table, gas smoker, S'mors over the large fire pit, yard games (corn hole, horseshoes, yardzee), and string lights for evening enjoyment.

Get in the water - bring your boat or jet ski and launch in the nearby boat ramps or rent one at Canyon Lake Marina. Or bring or rent your tubes and enjoy floating the Guadalupe River. Or just take the comfortable short walk to the water from our home with lakefront cove access for swimming, floating, kayaking, fishing or sunbathing.
