A beautiful sandy beach nearly 100 feet long, large swimming and sunning dock, screened in porch on boat house, beautiful waterfall with professional landscaping, gentle slope to the waterfront, putting green complete with sand trap and tee, bonfire pit, hammock, plenty of sun and shade, stairs into water and much more. There are lots of lake front entertaining spaces to make GREAT memories. Valentine House has it's own private boat ramp and great fishing. Almost 300 feet of waterfront with both deep and shallow water access. High speed cable internet. Paddleboat(NEW 2025), 2 kayaks and some water toys included for your enjoyment.
House renovations include an all new kitchen and new bathrooms in 2018. Large great room with huge picture windows and amazing views of the lake. 3 bedrooms are located on the main floor allowing for easy access for children or seniors. The master beds are new and comfy. A master bedroom suite complete with an adjustable king size bed, beautiful bathroom with large shower, and French doors that lead to side porch. Another master bedroom with a king size bed and a door that leads to a different side porch. The 3rd bedroom has a full size bed. On the second floor there is a 4th bedroom that has 2 twin beds. There is a 5th bedroom on the 2nd floor with a bunkbed that has a pull out trundle. In the loft area on the 2nd floor there is a daybed that has a trundle as well. The large open kitchen has plenty of new appliances and plenty of storage space. Lots of dishes, glasses, pot and pans , serving dishes, drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, blender and more available for your use. Large table for dining and bar seating at the counter as well. 60" TV, blu-ray player, and lots of dvds in the great room for those rainy days. Foosball table in loft with lots of games for young and old alike. Large Propane grill on patio. New Hot Tub is in the covered and screened patio above the waterfall.
20 minutes from Lake Anna State park where there is lots of hiking trails. Dollar General is 10 minutes away and Food lion is about 20 minutes . 30 minutes to King's Dominion. 10 minutes to Lake Anna Winery. 5 minutes to Pleasants Landing and El Gran Patron.
If you are boating, you are close to the widest part of the lake and Dike 3, which is one of the best fishing spots on the lake. There is a boat rental marina directly across the lake from our cove, about a 5 minute boat ride.
In summer, rentals are available for minimum of 6 days during high-season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). During the summer, check-in is only available on Saturday or Sunday. Summer check-out is only available on Friday or Saturday. Off season rentals are available for a minimum of 4 nights.
