The pictures and description did not do the property justice— it was perfect for our family of 12 for a lakeside Thanksgiving. The property was clean and had a spacious kitchen for cooking our Thanksgiving meal. The layout gave us the perfect blend of space and togetherness. I can not say enough good things about this place!

The BBQ needs to be thoroughly cleaned. The collected food/fat residue caught alight when using it.Never had any idea as to when and where the garbage was supposed to move to, on whatever the collection day, so the two bins filled up by the Wednesday of the stay and started attracting flies and emitted a bad smell.The shower door in our bathroom kept collapsing inward but was promptly repaired by Cosego. Whoever initially installed those sliding doors should be fired! The kitchen equipment was fantastic and well looked after. The canoe was great and used a lot. The response from Cosego, when called, was exceptional - Kudos to them.I realize that it’s a supply and demand pricing issue but, as far as fair market price goes, this was overpriced, specifically for this property which is obviously rather old and could do with a thorough upgrade. I would not want to stay here again, even over July 4th, for the rate we were charge.I will however not have a problem booking through Cosego/VRBO in the future

Kid-friendly lake retreat

We had an amazing stay! This house fit our needs perfectly. We were looking for an easy, kid-friendly getaway, and this hit the spot. Lots of space for the kids to play and run around, and also the adults to relax and have fun. We plan to book here again!

Very nice stay

We had a very nice stay, the house was well supplied, nice quiet location, rooms were spacious and clean. The kids loved the game area downstairs. It was nice to be able to use the canoe and kayak. Beautiful home, we will definitely be coming back in the future.

Friends get away

Had a great time. Plenty of living room seating, big kitchen, awesome game room. Could use a few more pots and pans.

Fun for parents and teens!

At Your Leisure was a perfect setting for sleeping and having fun on Lake Anna. We had teens staying with us and the sleeping arraignments couldn't have worked out better. Loved the dock area and availability of canoe/kayak. It's very quiet and feels private here - we had to be sure our teens were respectful of neighbors - but noone around annoyed our crowd!

PERFECT Lake Anna Retreat for Families!

This property was well appointed and stocked with most everything a big group needs. The location cannot be beat- right on the water with an east facing backyard so that it’s nice and cool in the evenings to relax by the firepit. Our kids loved the rec room downstairs and had an absolute blast on the water. Very pet friendly and the neighbors were lovely as well. Super responsive property management company really shined on their customer service. Highly recommend and we will absolutely be back!

Nice for a weekend getaway

This is a very private property with lots of trees for shading and privacy. The trees prevented us from being able to see the water from the house, but overall a nice property. The basement was well equipped with toys, games and theater type tv and sound system. Also the sunroom was very nice to sit and relax. We weren’t able to take advantage of all the amenities, but enjoyed our weekend getaway.

Paradise

The house is absolutely perfect. It is special place in my wife’s heart and mine. As we got married here July 15, 2024. Perfect proximity to the water with a private dock. Each room in the house is very unique and plenty of space for gatherings. Highly recommend this house. It’s a charm for sure. Thanks The Burch’s

Beautiful Lake House

Beautiful house by the lake. Appreciate the game room, canoe, and kayak. Would definitely stay here again. However, the dishwasher and dryer handles were broken and we could not use those appliances. Make sure to verify they're fixed. Wish there was a bathroom in the basement level as well.

Very clean and lots of room

The house was very clean. Our teenage son and his friends really enjoyed the basement area. Only complaint is there’s no bathroom in the basement. But the house was great. Not much water view from the house due to trees. But if you walk down to dock area it’s a really pretty view up the lake. The fire pit was also very nice.

Relax indeed!

This house is a beautiful layout for creating a relaxing environment. Plenty of room indoors and the grounds are spacious. Quiet dock space and gazebo. Beautiful spot for a sunset. The house is very well kept and everything works great. This has not always been our experience with renting properties on the water. The owner was very quick to respond to any concerns we had. Vacasa staff was super helpful and very friendly We will definitely be back next year!

Beautiful home on quiet cove

This beautiful home was the perfect vacation spot on Lake Anna. The kitchen was nicely updated, bedrooms were big with ample storage and the game room with gym was a nice surprise. When not on the lake, the kids enjoyed playing ping pong, basketball and air hockey. We didn’t have any small children with us, there are toys for those that do and a high chair. The cove is secluded from boat traffic, only a few boats went by our entire visit. The water was shallow at the dock, ankle deep. The deepest was about 3ft towards the middle but we could float down to the next dock where it was 5-6 feet deep. The bottom at the steps was muddy but after that compacted hard bottom. We enjoyed using the kayak and canoe, there’s life jackets for infants to adults and paddles. Hubby fished a lot off the dock and caught sunfish, bass and catfish. Communication with Vacasa was great! Easy check in and check out. The house was clean for the most part. I cleaned a few things when I got there that I noticed but no big deal. The beds were hard but so tired at end of the night it didn’t matter. If I had to nit pick, a water hose on the dock would be nice to rinse mud off things. There’s a spigot but it didn't work. Also, the top electrical outlet didn’t work in several rooms, the bottom did though. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again!
