Sandy Beach, a designated “clean beach”, is just a few steps from the condo. You'll enjoy the spectacular sunsets while walking barefoot on this beautiful beach! The resort amenities include two restaurants, spa, fitness center, pools, water slide, lazy river, hot tubs, swim up bar and grill, and infinity pool. An 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed golf course will challenge the golfers! The resort is just a few minutes from El Malecon "Old Port", the city center, Cet Mar Aquarium, Las Conchas, Bird Island and much more.

The Space – Cristal 306 is a one bedroom condo that has it all. From an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, granite counter tops, breakfast bar, and a laundry room is also located in the unit. The living room has an ocean view, floor to ceiling wall to wall glass doors that open fully to the balcony for indoor and outdoor entertaining with spectacular panoramic views of the ocean, beach, Old Port, and the pools. That’s just the beginning! Just picture yourself relaxing on this balcony with one of the best views in the resort!

Master Bedroom – Stunning décor with modern furniture and top of the line king size bed with comfy mattress. Black out window coverings let you sleep longer! A flat screen TV with DVD player for a late night movie. A large closet with built in shelving offers tons of storage. A built-in SAFE with easy access programming allows you to store important documents and valuables.

Main Bath – Beautiful finishes with travertine tile throughout and fabulous walk in shower. Make up mirror and built in hair dryer for your convenience.

Kitchen / Dining – Fully equipped with everything you need! Large granite counter space, plenty of cabinet storage, range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with water dispenser and ice maker (fed from building reverse osmosis filtration system). Sink water is also fed from reverse-osmosis water filtration system for clean, fresh water every time. A toaster, blender, Keurig coffee maker, seasoning rack, and all utensils and dishes for up to 8 people (including plastic ware for the little people!). Breakfast bar with bar stools as well as a counter height 6 person dining table to enjoy a great family dinner while watching the ocean views.

Living Room – Pull out sofa sleeper with queen size mattress, side chairs for extra seating, entertainment center with flat screen TV and DVD player. Floor to ceiling, wall to wall, sliding glass doors access the balcony.

Patio / Balcony – Wonderful relaxing area with stunning views of the ocean, beach, and the resort pool area. You will fall in love with the view of the Old Port in the distance. The night lights in the evening and sunrises in the morning are amazing!

In addition to an 18 Hole Championship Golf course, two elegant restaurants, SPA, onsite convenience store, and outdoor stainless steel BBQ grills. The courtyard overlooks the beach and ocean where you have many activities such as jet skiing, parasailing, banana boat rides, snorkeling, ocean fishing, strolling and picking up shells on the pristine sandy beach that stretches for miles. Take advantage of happy hour lounging in the beach chairs enjoying the view while having the resort staff serve your favorite drink or lunch.

Guest Access – Guests will have access to all of the amenities in both phases, including room service, restaurants, hot tubs, pools, pool bars, fitness center, SPA. Las Palomas Golf and Beach Resort is a secure gated community. Guests will have free access to private parking for the resort. The underground parking is provided as is the 24/7 onsite security. Taxi services are located at the main entrance to the resort for your convenience.

Friendly reminder, as per the resort rental regulations, this is a NON-SMOKING and NON PET condo. Cristal 306 is in the Las Palomas Resort rental pool. We will be offering the best rates allowed which entitles you to use ALL amenities and resort services, including free daily maid service, room charging privileges, free pool towels, and free immediate condo maintenance if needed. We maintain our condo with pride of ownership and you can be assured that the quality of our condo has met and exceeds all of Las Palomas high quality standards.

NOTE: Las Palomas Resort requires the person who makes the reservation be of age 25 years or older. $150 cancellation fee and NO REFUNDS within 10 days of arrival or if booked on HOLIDAYS.
