Beautiful beach front, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, family friendly. Great views of the ocean, pool, Old Town, sea life and beautiful sunsets.

The resort is secure with a guard on duty at all times, kids playground, fitness facility, restaurant, picnic table and BBQ grill available . Great access to pampering at the spa next door. The Hut Bar and Grill, and Chongos is located just outside the gates owned by Roger Cline and the Peacemakers for great music and happy hour. Rental equipment is available in the resort office. Dolphins swim by on a regular basis, great tide pools for you to explore, walks on the beach are perfect. It is a quiet, family friendly beach and resort. Located on the 4th floor close to the elevator.

Beautifully decorated with a TV in the master bedrooms and the living room, spacious patio with comfortable patio furniture for dining and relaxing. Leather sofa, kitchen is fully equipped, towels are provided.

Very convenient to the downtown area, shopping, restaurants, great new movie theater in English with Spanish subtitles reasonably priced. Catamaran, banana boats, jet skis and horseback riding, massage on the beach by Yolanda are available.

Wireless internet and wifi are available in the condo and in the resort computer room. Please be aware that it sometimes is not available.

Our host was great! Very responsive when we had a question about the apps we could use on the Roku smart tv. If anyone else wants to download streaming apps Iā€™d suggest bringing your own fire stick if possible. The guest mode the TVs are in donā€™t allow any apps to be downloaded besides like Netflix and prime. Other than that our stay was great. We are regulars to the Sonoran Sea and would definitely stay in this condo again.

Great Condo at Sonoran Sea

This condo was clean and nice. No issues with anything and the owner was extremely responsive prior to the stay. Would definitely stay here again if we are in need of a 2 bedroom next year. Being in the East building on the 4th floor was person for patio views and high enough up from the ground floor.

Amazing!!

Location, location, location! This property is amazing and is exactly how itā€™s described online. My family of five snuck away from Phoenix for Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time. The condo is so close to the pool and beach. You donā€™t have to walk that far at all and can literally see your kids down at the pool or the beach sitting on the patio. The property is in an area that is close to everything we needed. We had massages at the beach by Yolanda , went on the banana boat ,pedicures next-door at the spa. We went out to dinner at garufa steakhouse which was excellent, and I purchased wine at La cava ā€¦.all within walking distance of the condo , We de take a short drive over to drive to Rodeo drive to little shopping and Wrecked at the Reef one day for lunch and watch a football game but other than that, it was just relaxing and amazing Thank you Melinda!

The stay was pleasant there were a few glitches,patio doors difficult to open and close, wind tunnels throughout the condo made it difficult to sleep . Didnā€™t have a code for the door to the condo. Needed instructions on how to operate the television. Needed sheets on the bed in second bedroom.

We had a great time in Rocky Point! The condo was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed for our mini vacation. The ocean view was amazing and the outdoor patio was perfect for coffee in the mornings! Truly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful Ocean Front Condo

We loved this condo! We felt very safe at the location, the condo was immaculate with all the cooking essentials. I love that there was filtered water. The patio was very comfortable and we spent most of the day just chilling outside. Beds were very comfortable. The 2nd bedroom was better than anticipated. We would definitely book again!

Great place for family vacation

We loved almost everything great location, beautiful view. Pots and pans terrible, all of them damaged and need to be replaced. Also coffee maker was dirty.

Great stay in Rocky Point

Loved the property. We went for Circus Mexicas and we could walk to the concerts at Banditos. Other restaurants walking distance as well. Plenty of room for 6 of us, no one had to sleep on the couch. Love that the beach is right there, and a swim up bar. We brought chairs but I noticed there were quite a few in the bedroom closet. I do wish we'd get extra kitchen towels. We washed dishes alot.

Rocky Point Getaway

Hi, We love to stay at the Sonoran Sea due to the location of the property. This unit was great because it had two full beds in the 2nd bedroom which is perfect for teenage brothers. Kitchen had everything needed and the place was very comfortable and no issues at all.

Good times

Love the Condo, everything there that you need. The shower curtain in the master bath fell down repeatedly, sometimes in the middle of the night, pain in the butt as it was all cracked and warped hard to get back together. Front desk people were very rude and non helpful acting like they couldnā€™t find my Reservation because I had my middle name listed on my DL. Front desk Took my ID to use the cart when I checked in and unloaded and then lost it for a substantial amount of time come to find out one of the other front desk people put it in there pocket. Made me take a pic during check in Seems unnecessary to make a guest feel unsure of identity being used and almost like you should be Grateful to be there. Wash your towels they wonā€™t give you any extra. In my opinion Sonoran Spa has better employees and make you feel more at home during your stay.

Our family purchased our condo a few years ago. We are Arizona natives, one of 8 pioneer families still in the Chandler area. We love coming to Rocky Point to spend family time on the beach and in the city. There is something for the youngest who is 2 to the oldest who is 85! Hope you enjoy it as much as we do;)

My parents purchased this property because of the location. Beautiful views, close to the elevator for transporting all of your luggage. It is very open and comfortable and can accommodate a crowd.

Our favorite time is in the early morning to walk on the beach and early evenings watching the beautiful sunsets. Our patio is large and great for gathering the family and friends.
