*The MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY of this 2-bedroom unit is 5 people at all times. This includes adults, children, infants, and overnight guests.

This gorgeous unit is located at the beachfront property of Royal Mauian. Take a walk on the sand or lounge by the pool with your favorite book. This complex has something for everybody; upscale amenities, a relaxing atmosphere and a prime location right in the heart of Kihei. Several great restaurants and shops are within walking distance as well as a surf school!

The large lanai comes equipped with outdoor furniture as well as an outdoor ceiling fan to keep you cool throughout your stay. This oversized, private lanai may be accessed from the living room or master bedroom for endless ocean views!

The window from the master bedroom reveals panoramic views of the gently rolling waves and immaculate sunsets! The master bedroom also features a king bed and its own gorgeous en suite bathroom with a circular vessel sink, a large glass shower with a detachable shower head and updated furnishings. Additional surrounding jets make for a truly luxurious shower experience.
The second plush bedroom includes a queen bed, a ceiling fan, ample closet space, a large flatscreen TV and it's own tiled guest bathroom.

Central air conditioning, tasteful furnishings, a flatscreen TV and a comfortable L shaped full size sleeper sofa make this unit homey and luxe.

Enjoy your favorite meals in this fully equipped, open and spacious kitchen. It includes beautiful tile floors, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Entertain your guests as they relax along the bar seating for three.

Discover a new read from the library on the second floor. Venture up to the rooftop garden and enjoy the BBQ's (available for your use), and the breathtaking ocean views. You will not be disappointed!

Magnificent Maui location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Used to be from Bend. Currently reside in Arizona. This was the perfect place for us.cozy and comfortable . Beautiful view. Walk and snorkel right outside the place. Shops and restaurants all near by. Kitchen amenities were adequate. We bought additional spices and cooked in a few times. A floor mat by the kitchen sink would be nice as well as cleaning supplies and a kitchen sink wash cloth. The floors could use a good scrubbing especially the base boards and corners. Dryer softener sheets would have been nice , but great to have in unit washer/dryer. No need for a rental car- Uber was great. Love love love the town of Kihei!!! Quaint and unpretentious. We would rent this unit again, for sure.

Great Place! Great View! Everything you need

Great location. Easy short walks to pretty much anything you need. Or an easy drive out to explore the island. Great beach right outside the door. And great food in the area.

Perfect Beach Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this condo! The location was incredible, having a gorgeous beach steps away could not be beat. The view from the master blew us away. Hearing the waves crash against the shore every morning was the best way to wake up. The Hawaiian Moons across the street was awesome for coffees and sandwiches and healthy snacks and there were a ton of food trucks nearby. We ate very well 😜. Don’t miss the farmers market on Saturday mornings...hands down the best tamales we’ve ever had!

Great stay!

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home away from home. It truly is a special place. The decor is beautiful, it made me feel like I was home. The views from the lanai are amazing. There was not one thing we would complain about. We were married this week on Makena Surf Beach- what a perfect honeymoon. Thank you!

Great location, whales were in abundance this time of year. Small issues with television remotes were handled very promptly(Super Bowl weekend), the kitchen area could use a deep clean.

Comfortable but dated

Condo is comfortable / perfectly located but is in need of a deep cleaning and updates to some of the furniture. We have stayed at multiple Royal Mauian units and found this property to be very nice but not one we would rush to return to unless certain things were addressed.

Superior Unit at The Royal Mauian

I have stayed in a few of the units here. It's always just me and one other friend and enjoy the separate bedrooms and bathrooms for space and privacy. This unit is comfortable and fun with everything you could ever want or need. King beds in both rooms and they are both amazingly comfortable. Was surprised there was no dining table or chairs. There are stools and a counter. Overall it is a great unit in the ways that matter! I will be back.

We have stayed and numerous units in this complex over the last 20+ years. The owners have done a great job making use of the space with the upgrades they have done. The furnishings were nice, though we would have appreciated one more comfortable chair in the common area. Wonderful views of the ocean, W Maui mountains and Kam I. Sadly the unit had problems when we arrived. It was not as clean as we would have liked. I actually washed off the kitchen screen in the shower because you could hardly see out of it. Top of frig was covered in dust. There was a bottle cap in the garbage disposal. The washing machine did not work for our first 3 days. The linen situation was scant. There was not a bath mat to step out of the tub on in the guest bath. There were only 2 kitchen towels, so we needed to wash them frequently. One of the beds had a waterproof mattress pad like you would use for those with incontinence problems, which we had never encountered before. The beach umbrellas were broken. Fortunately, the management company responded immediately to our concerns and were friendly and efficient.

Great location, loved the view!Would have appreciated soap dishes in the bathrooms. And maybe a starter kit for coffee is supplying at least a couple of filters in a little bit of coffee for the first day or two upon arrival would’ve been appreciated.

Gorgeous views

Wonderful stay, lots of beach toys, towels, beach chairs. Cinnamon roll place, health food grocery, Maui Tacos, and convenient store across the street. Pool was closed most of our stay and the beach was dirty from a recent storm. But it was still a lovely week in paradise.

Superb location and value

The view from your lanai is enough to make this property worth every penny (which is much more reasonable than similar listings). Communication with Sunny Maui (property management) was amazing - checked on us often and were very quick to respond when we had a few issues (wifi is very spotty/slow headsup). The only problem here is it could use a deep clean and some updating but again, your price is much less than similar listings and once you see the view you won’t care as much about that!

Priceless views only steps to the beach...

This clean and nicely appointed condo has priceless views from the balcony, master bedroom and living room. At ground level the lawn, pool and beach are only steps away. The town of Kihei itself is not upscale like Wailea or Kaanapali. Ultimately we appreciated that laid back atmosphere. There were some nice local restaurants and conveniences within walking distance. We selected Kihei for its central location to all island destinations. It was perfect. The Atari games machine was a fun touch. The only negative was a unsightly and extremely loud AC unit on the balcony.

Great location and loved the condo. Beach access. Fantastic value

I’ve stayed at the Andaz and thought of taking my parents there but this was a third of the price and they loved it. We shared a living room and balcony. The Sunny staff was quick to respond and helped us get the TV working. One night we didn’t have a parking spot because someone must have parked in the lot unauthorized but we parked in the lot across the street with no issues.

Location, location, location

This 2 bed, 2 bath is mere steps from a gorgeous beach with plenty to do. Turtles and snorkeling galore, with the occasional whale in the distance. The property management company was awesome to deal with the entire booking and during the stay. After spending 10 great days there, we would definitely recommend, cant imagine staying anywhere else.

Awesome vacation!

Amazing condo

We'd like to thank Sunny Maui Vacation for their efforts to make our stay incredible, specially to Jennifer French, Tanya Barnes , you are awesome ! We love your condo very much !! It feels like home plus the view of the Pacific ocean and montains view. We love the Lanai ,be able to have breakfast every morning with the ocean view. Awesome condo!

We had an awesome and relaxing time in your beautiful condo. Weather was fabulous, beaches memorable, Local Boys shack for shaved ice and Sansei for sushi are a definite must visit when we return. The views from the lanai and grounds will be lasting memories. Thank you very much. Mahalo!
